So sad 🙁 We ordered 2 specialty pizzas and they were both made wrong. One was supposed to be the pacific veggie with added chicken we paid extra for. They forgot to put the chicken. The second was the Spinach Alfredo and feta pizza we also added chicken to. We got the chicken but they put tomato sauce instead of the Alfredo. You can tell it in the pic. It wasn’t good. So disappointed.

Staff can’t make anything correctly, and when I called to complain I was told “cool” by the manager at the store. Since then I took all my business to pizza hut and have been Soo much happier! Avoid this dominos location and spend your money where it’s deserved.

Everytime I order from the mt vernon store (I have a semi big family so we order at least 5 to 6 pizzas everytime. They always get everyone elses right but mine is always wrong. I get half and half or even if I do put it all together they still make it wrong. I swear get yalls shit together. Ive been in food along time so I know alot. Pretty decent pizza. We’ve been there quite a few times, always to pick up at the drive-through window. A few errors have happened, but they make them right. We love that they have Pibb Xtra in bottles, so hard to find! I always call ahead to make sure they have in stock.

We ordered a pizza with half no onion. More like 3/8ths no onion when we got it. To make it better I got surprise toppings with green pepper in my cheese. Do better at managing your toppings. It’s a bit ridiculous our pizza had no green pepper on the entire order. The onion I was understanding on, but I shouldn’t be picking green pepper out of my pizza that has it no where on the order.
Update. Tonight they managed to warrant a star removal. Took an hour for a delivery. Wife called the store. On hold for 12 minutes.
I called and got told they were short handed. Our pizza had to be microwaved before we ate. I’ve never had a pizza delivered in my life that had to be microwaved in order to eat it warm.

I called the store to tell them about there delivery driver speeding and almost hitting my car and all they could say is that “is that all you called for”. Well if that’s what they feel about there community thats not a proper business ethic. That’s not how to run a business nor act towards the community.

3 of the last 4 times I have ordered my pizza for carry out, the Pizza Tracker stated that my order was ready. Each time I arrived at the carryout window and the employee stated that my order was no where to be found. Unhappy with with service, as I have been coming to this location for 10+ years. Fortunately, the most recent visit, the employee offered me a free pizza on my next order. Please do better, Dominos.
