Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. My taste buds are dancing.
I highly recommend experiencing this restaurant. Will definitely indulg again when we visit next.
Little Italy’s Milano pizza is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had — crunchy from the first bite to the last, with flavours that are absolutely insane. The aromatic garlic blends perfectly with the prawns and other fresh toppings, creating a mouthwatering experience that’s both rich and balanced.
We also tried the pasta, and it was divine — cooked to perfection and bursting with authentic Italian flavour. This place has redefined what great pizza and pasta mean for me.
Honestly, Little Italy might be the sole reason I return to Griffith — it’s that good. I truly hope they open a branch in Sydney so more people can be lucky enough to enjoy food like this!
We arrived at the restaurant at 7:20 PM and ordered one appetizer and two pasta mains. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked if our food was being prepared. One of the staff members told us that the mains would arrive within 10 minutes. It turned out they had not even entered our appetizer order.
Twenty minutes later, only the appetizer arrived. We asked again about our mains, as we had been promised they would come within 10 minutes. However, after one hour, our main dishes still had not arrived.
We tried asking once more, but one of the staff members responded angrily, saying we should understand that they were busy. We do understand that restaurants can be busy, but is it not possible to explain the situation politely from the beginning? Why did it take almost one hour without any clear communication?
Finally, 30 minutes before closing time, we asked again whether our food had been prepared. We said that if it had not been started, we would like to cancel the order. They told us that we could cancel. However, when we went to pay, they suddenly said that the food had just been prepared, not cooked yet.
This experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of communication, long waiting time, and unprofessional attitude.
Lovely lady squeezed us in even though it was during the Italian Festival.
Thanks so much. It was a great experience
The food was so good, I forgot to take photos
The food was decent, nothing special, but the service was outright terrible and completely unacceptable.
We chose this place specifically for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner, yet we ended up waiting nearly an hour for a simple pasta dish. Even during a busy holiday period, that kind of delay is excessive—and what made it far worse was the complete lack of care from the staff.
No updates, no apologies, no effort to manage expectations. We were the ones repeatedly chasing the waitresses to ask if the food was even being prepared, how much longer it would take, or whether it had been forgotten entirely. They offered zero communication and showed no remorse for spoiling our evening.
For a restaurant that’s been operating for almost 10 years, this level of indifference and poor service is deeply disappointing. The waitresses single-handedly destroyed what should have been a special night.
Strongly not recommended if you value good service or a pleasant dining experience
