That mall sucks so, thats the 3 stars. The pizza joint was absolutely fantastic in every way. The guy at the counter was great, the food was great. If im in that area again, I’ll definitely be going back.

Horrible quality control.
Ordered an Italian sub and specifically asked them to hold the mold. My request fell on deaf ears. They included moldy cheese (albeit with no additional up-charge). I guess it’s complimentary.
Luckily the moldy part was visible and not underneath a layer of meat, because otherwise I would have eaten it. GROSS.

On Friday 11th between 2pm & 2:05 I was there on my lunch hour. To order a pizza, The men at the counter was so rude. And told me that I had to order at the other side. Mind you there wasn’t no sign at the counter indicating order here. He proceeded to skip me and help the next customer. So I left. Never going back at that place. This men needs more training in how to service a customer. The business establishment won’t last long. And this man will turn away many customers with his rudeness.

I’ve debated doing a review. Consistency is a wonderful thing. The tomato pie this place puts up is the best one I’ve had so far! The first one blew my mind that a mall shoppe could produce such a pie. But the 2nd was better. I don’t know how, maybe I was more hungry and well…who cares. It’s definitely worth trying. My wife and daughter love the pizza as well. The staff is friendly and courteous with no complaints from us.

I have been coming to this place since I was five years old, and man has it become a shell of its former self.
The biggest problem is how dirty the place is. Floors look horrible, the ceiling is mostly brown, and it’s dark as an inner city alley because most of the lights don’t work anymore. Ingredient boxes stacked up against most of the walls don’t help either.
The pricing is excessive too. $15 for four cheese slices—I might as well have bought the whole pie.
The pizza itself was still very good. I hope they fix up the place because it’s sad to see one of the few remaining mall landmarks in this bad a shape.

I’ve been a customer here for years. I am currently pregnant and needed to use the bathroom urgently . The owner said I cannot use the restroom unless I buy something from them. My spouse explained that I needed to use the restroom urgently and he still said no that it’s a policy they have. Shame on you. I will never buy from here again. Not only did you reject me from using the bathroom but you gave us attitude and shrugged us off. Another client had to tell them she would buy a water so I can use the restroom and he would give the restroom keys which was very nice of her but I told her it’s fine not to worry about it and left.

Ordered a cheesesteak from here. It was great going down, within a couple of hours later I was throwing up everything & had diarrhea. Anything else I drank or tried to eat later on immediately came back out of me. Went to the Hospital and was told they gave me Food Poisoning!!! Will never order anything from here again. And to think it was my first time trying this place. Highly Do Not Recommend Anyone Eating Here!!!

This is located atvthe Berkshire Mall across from the pet shop. This is where I get my favorite broccoli pizza from. The crust is nice and crispy without being hard. My son gets the chicken tenders and they’re pretty tasty too.
