App doesn’t work and they don’t answer the phone. So ordering is a joke. No discounts at all right during Christmas. They were on the app, you just couldn’t have them. Had some else call who eventually got through. Order ended up being 40 dollars. I had to straighten it out when I got there to no avail. Casey’s are going down fast. Twice within a week at two locations.

Locked up my credit card for $175. Only gave me $10 in fuel. 3 hours later I’m still waiting for the $ to be refunded on my card. Didn’t even give me enough fuel to get home. Took $175 before I fueled. This is just crazy. They blame the credit card credit card blames them. They’re ridiculousness

Showed up attempting to get breakfast at 5am after a long drive to st johns and seeing they were open 24 hours online. Upon arrival, the store was locked, and the cashier was inside talking with presumably her male friend for several minutes and as soon as he departed the store she locked the doors behind him and ignored us. Knocked on the door to ask if they were closed and she looked up at us and then went out of sight.

I love their pizza, but the time that tells you when you order on the app is meaningless. Just assume no matter how long you wait, that when you get here it is not going to be ready yet.

The staff could use some proper training. The cashier didn’t seem to know how to do her job. No communication other than at the end when we had to ask for sauce. If you are ringing out any type of chicken you should ask if we want sauce. It’s just common sence. She didn’t talk to us at all. We had to ask her before leaving. She got all snotty with us and said we should have asked sooner. If you are the cashier it’s her job to ask us before we check out. Obviously she wasn’t trained or just doesn’t have manners. I’m sorry but who wants that in a place of business. I will be skipping this location and go out of my way to a different Casey’s from now on. I’ve never had any problems at any of the other locations.

Ive been trying to get my fiance a peanut butter and butterfinger cookie- but they sell out (they’re good) today when we went in they were out, and i just wanted to find out if they were still making them- when I asked all the kitchen guys started looking, and they had a batch that had been cooling in the kitchen.
Jerry, brandon, Jason were in the kitchen, paige was also very helpful and was so sweet with the customers who came in. Saville was also so sweet too. All the customers who came in were regulars and were greeted with excitement. Such a good way to start a day. I cannot overexposed the vibes were immaculate. If I were an operator I would fight to get those people at a level of pay yo keep them working at all costs. People like that make a business so much more money.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my third consecutive pizza from this establishment, which has not only been carelessly prepared, resembling a child’s creation, but also incomplete. As someone who frequents this establishment, I should have known better, particularly considering the unappetizing slices being served daily. I strongly recommend avoiding any food purchases from this establishment unless you are willing to accept a high risk of disappointment.

The pizza here is not up to the standard of other Casey’s. They never add enough sauce. I’ve asked for extra sauce on the past 2 pizzas I’ve gotten here and it’s like they do the opposite.

FRAUD! Over charged me for everything. I had her correct one thing but there was a line. Right on the door it says $1 for a small coffee, I was charged $1.89. Gatorade says 3 for $6. I was charged regular price for each one. I bought 1 donut & was charged for 2. This seems like a scam where EVERY item I bought was ringing up way more expensive. It should have been around $8-$9 for everything but it rang up at over $14. Why do people lie to their customers? Then she wouldn’t give me the receipt. Didn’t ask me if I wanted it, just threw it away. If there wasn’t a line I would have had her correct everything, but I’m not going to inconvenience others at a convenience store. Fraud.
