This place has potential. The carnitas and rice were very dry. Tasted like they had been in warming pan all day and got dried out. The red sauce is very good and so were the beans.

Years ago we used to come here once a week. The food was inexpensive and delicious and you couldn’t beat the service. Out of nostalgia we came again, and the service still can’t be beat! The food has changed though. It’s not terrible, mind you. But it is expensive and just okay. I know many restaurants have had to make all sorts of hard choices to stay open, so I’m not holding it against them. Just an honest review. Will we come again for old time’s sake? Absolutely. Will we expect good service and good (but not great) food? Yes. Happily. Some places offer more than food and we were happy just being there again and experiencing the warmth of the staff 🙂

This is a very nice place… It was very clean and the staff was awesome, the waitresses were very helpful and very polite and very courteous, the food was outstanding, I had A ham and cheese omelette with sausage and a side of sausage links I also got a pork tamale (Wet) it was delicious, my daughter got a breakfast burrito and it was huge… my wife got French toast and scrambled eggs with deep fried bacon it was awesome, so if you’re looking for a very very nice place for breakfast or lunch or even dinner give these folks a try. We popped in to have a leisurely lunch on Friday because we heard the food was good. We were greeted quickly and seated right away. The server was friendly and brought us water with our chips and salsa after taking our order. The salsa was excellent. I ordered a Chile Relleno Burrito. The food arrived within 10 minutes. My wife ordered one ground beef taco and one shredded beef taco.

We went to the little green onion it just happened to be taco night on Thursday and I had enchilada fries which was out of this world delicious and a taco My wife had a taco as well I believe our waitress was named Brittany who was also outstanding service we definitely will be back to this little family restaurant

Was pleasantly surprised by The Little Green Onion. The service was stellar, the portions were hearty and the atmosphere was nostalgic. It’s like an old diner out of a movie!! You can tell it’s a local favorite because it has a lot of traffic and it’s just too cute! The food was cooked to perfection and the sizes were really good for the price. You won’t leave hungry!!
