I had the cowboy burger with and a side of sweet potato fries. Both were very good! The burger had just enough condiment to meat ratio. The patty was large and juicy. It was cooked just right to me, as I ordered it to be cooked Medium. The staff was kind and attentive. I got the order to go, but the eating area seemed clean and orderly. I will definitely be back.

Great burgers & sweet potato fries. The Elk & Bison patties are my favorite which I always pair with Heinz 57 sauce. Unfortunately they have done away with the Heinz 57 & that is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 & will no longer be doing dine-in unless I bring a bottle of sauce with me. Sounds dramatic, but it was a combination of flavors I have enjoyed & looked forward to for the past decade.

I feel like this place has the potential to be great, but the employees ruin it. They have ZERO sense of urgency and don’t deliver the best product. While I think the ingredients are of high quality, the preparation is lacking. I got the most leathery/overcooked burger patty I’ve ever seen in my kid’s burger. Completely unacceptable. This should have been a redo.

I had a cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake. My man had a bison burger, fries and a strawberry shake. My food was delicious!! My man asked for “uncooked” onions. He received grilled onions. The young lady taking the order entered it correctly. It wasn’t delivered correctly.

I have not been to Burger Me since 2008 when it first opened. Back then…it wad a total disaster. Food took waaaay to long and was too expensive etc.
Today my daughter and I had a small window to eat lunch in-between doctor appointments and other errands. Burger Me was between two of those so we went in. We shared a Greek [lamb] Burger, done medium well – and it was still juicy and well flavored w feta cheese, onion, tomato. We also shared a garden salad which was HUGE! The lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cucumbers were crispy and fresh and the ranch dressing was homemade and delicious. We also shared the sweet potato fries which were perfect. Crunchy outside but tender inside and they were NOT soggy like many other restaurants serve them. We were served in under 5 minutes from ordering and we very happy with the meal and the service. We’ll be back w the whole family!

This was my first time visiting this location as I normally go to the other location in Reno. I got their veggie burger, fries, and onion rings. Their veggie burger is the best that I have ever had that wasn’t Impossible or Beyond, which is loaded with Saturated fat. It was delicious and had a good crisp on the outside. The fries and onion rings are out of this world.

11.18.23: I went to Burger Me! for the first time to have lunch and catch up with a friend. I love Patty melts so when I saw it on the menu, I knew exactly what I was ordering. I had that with garlic fries. My friend ordered the elk burger with sweet potato fries. Service was great and prompt and employees were friendly. The ambience was quiet, which was nice.
The patty melt was pretty decent and the cook on it was great. My onions were grilled, which was positive. However, it lacked the distinct grilled flavor. My garlic fries were so good and I loved seeing all the fresh garlic on it. My friend said his elk burger was good and left it at that. He shared his sweet potato fries with me and I enjoyed them just as much as my garlic fries. Today it seemed the fries were the winner!

Coming from a state that has tons of great burger places, this one isn’t much to brag about, but don’t get me wrong, it’s good. For the price, it’s not worth it. The milk shakes are delicious. The onion rings are great! The batter tasted like fry bread (lol). Fries are great with the garlic on top. Everything is A la carte. It’s worth a try tho.
