Hit the brakes! Don’t drive (or cycle) by the Little Gallea without stopping in. Everything on my breakfast plates (yes, I had more than one) was OUTSTANDING! The pancake was light and fluffy and came with a smile. The dark rye toast was thick, toasted crispy on the outside and soft inside with the right amount of butter, and a great rye flavor. I ordered over-medium eggs and they gave me over-medium eggs! The “barge” of hash browns on my plate was about 1/2” thick, with a good layer of crisp on both sides with billowy soft and hot potato in between. All served with a healthy dose of small-town nice. Outstanding!

This is the best place to grab breakfast in the area! The family that owns and runs the restaurant are all so adorable and friendly, treating everyone like you’re extended family members. The portions are very generous and the prices are also the best in town.

The Denver omelet is fantastic but the hash browns are a little weird. The cinnamon roll melts in your mouth. They give you cute little personal mugs for your coffee.

Awesome restaurant for breakfast. Definitely stop by. Food was tasteful and plentiful. Plenty of seating even for a busy Saturday morning. Clean and easy parking right off the highway. Servers were quick and attentive.

Very friendly welcome from staff and locals. Great service from Mandy. The Mountain burger and potato salad were delicious and well worth the long drive on the scenic byway in fall. Be sure to take home their homemade fudge.

We had a late business breakfast on 1/10/2023. We were treated like family. They seem to know everyone by name and by the time we left, they made sure they knew us too and made us feel welcome. The food was fresh, tasty and hot. I have never seen a sausage patty the size of a burger – 1/3 pound. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will go out of my way to eat here again.
