The guy who works here was extremely rude and refused to give me the order because I didn’t have a thermal bag.

I understand that restaurants get reported when food arrives cold, and I respect that. But the way he spoke to me was unnecessary. He could have simply explained politely that he couldn’t hand over the order without a thermal bag.

It was my first day doing Uber deliveries, and no one informed me that a thermal bag was required. I genuinely thought it was just a regular bag, so I said I had one in my car. Later I realized they meant a thermal bag, which I didn’t have.

Please consider training your staff on how to speak respectfully to drivers. A simple polite explanation would have made a big difference.

I want to give a big shout-out to Pavan for providing excellent service, even though I took my frustration out on him after ordering a buy-one-get-one pizza on Uber Eats, for some reason, didn’t apply at checkout. When I went into the store and ordered another pizza, Pavan kindly gave me crazy breadsticks for the inconvenience and 3 cookies after I told him I have hungry kids waiting at home to eat. Thank you Pavan for your patience, understanding and outstanding service. Keep up the good work!

Went in for lunch. Ordered a crazy bread- looks as if was made last week and reheated a few times. The replacement doesn’t look much better. Has gone downhill considerably, not like it used to be.

First off, the guy running the cash was trying to overcharge me and was claiming it was due to the computer system. And it wasn’t his fault. When I explained to him that it should be that expensive for the food , he said I would have to do it in two different transactions to get a lower price Then All of a sudden , the bill was ten dollars cheaper for the same products. .. He’s either trying to scam me or he’s not very good at his job. The crazy bread was extremely overcooked and dried out. And since it’s a to go order by the time I noticed the food as Trash. , I was already at home. The quality of food at this location has gone down severely.And so has the quality of staff. This will be the last time I went go to this location.

Got a horrible Stuffed Crust Pizza in early afternoon. Pizza was flatter than flat, and barely any cheese or sauce.
Couldn’t call till later in evening.
Guy on phone was very dissmissive and said nothing they could do. Not even an apology.
More than half a pizza left as it was so undesirable. Did eat the pepperoni as it was the only decent part.
Place has taken a nosedive. Poor Customer Service!

I had called this Little Ceasers to order a pizza, and was going to place an order for delivery. The guy who had picked up the phone told me they were only taking cash, I thought I had some in my wallet so I said that’s okay and he said he had to check with the delivery driver to make sure he could pick up my order and said he would call us to let us know. 5 minutes later after I realized I had no cash, I called him back and apologized for my mistake and wanted to cancel the order. He began getting upset with me and saying things such as “Why would you tell me you had the money if you didn’t” and said he couldn’t cancel the order. Then he said that I was able to tap my credit card because the driver apparently had a machine, so I have no clue as to why he said earlier it was cash only. I was confused and asked him, “I can tap?” And he said “yes, you have to talk to the delivery driver when he’s there okay bye” and hung up on me. 5 minutes later another call came in from him, and in the rudest tone said “your order is cancelled” and hung up the phone without even letting me get a word in. Why are we hiring people with no respect for others? I understand I made a mistake by telling him I had cash, but there is absolutely no reason for him to be rude to customers. I personally work in fast food and I would never treat a customer like this, do better.

Ordered delivery and they sent it by Door Dash (the store picked the delivery service). Part of my order was missing so I phoned the restaurant. The manager was very rude and they only result he offered was for me to come down and pick up my item. I ordered delivery because I’m at work and can’t leave. Would not return the money or deliver the item. Blamed Door Dash driver and then he hung up on me.
I called him back and asked if that’s how he always treats his customers. Kept saying over and over for me to come down and get the item. “I. Can’t. Leave. Work”. I will not be ordering from them again. This location needs a new manager. Customers should not be out money because they can’t coordinate an order with a delivery service.

I ordered stuffed crazy bread and when i opened them, i thought they looked weird since they’re 50% smaller than usual. I bit into it anyway and it was raw! The person working also seemed miserable – come on i know working minimum wage sucks but GIRL.. Lastly, there was food on the walls and ground in the waiting area. there was a pepperoni on the floor and sauce on the windowsill.

Horrible service charge 19.56 for a 12 pizza cold not hot and ready slices from different pizzas. Was told not to back oh I won’t be coming back for sure!!!! Please contact me if you want pictures details and recording of our communication. These people need to be locked up. Horrible costumer service
