If you’re near the area or not you won’t be disappointed going. The hot chocolate is great with water or milk and I do recommend pairing it with a pan de yema. I ordered chilaquiles de arrachera and they were delicious. For kids they have a pancake with fruits which was also delicious.

I loved my family breakfast here, food has the home-made touch, they have natural fruit juice and the salsas to pair the food were tasty.

Don’t miss the Mole Rojo! One of the best moles we’ve had in Mexico.

Came here for their chocolate and it’s simply delicious. I had chocolate in water (not milk) and it surprised me on how good it taste.
I want to come back to try it again.
I just didn’t like the service as no one came to us when we arrived, we found a table for ourselves and had to call them to have their service even though the place was pretty empty

Came here for breakfast on a Monday morning. The restaurant has a great atmosphere for breakfast especially. The staff was friendly, however they didn’t speak any English so it was a little bit challenging.
I had the “huevos a la oaxaqueña” for the sake of trying something Oaxacan. It was tasty and the portion size was large! Everything tasted fresh.

The meal came so fast I didn’t even have a chance to fart. There is no way in the world that two orders of chicken cordon blue could be made from scratch that fast. Frozen then deep fried. Small portions no flavor, would not go back.

The greatest chocolate de agua!!! The restaurant is beautiful and inviting. The staff is nice and the food is solid. Took 1 star off because the food wasn’t hot enough (temperature wise). I would go back.

This is a great place for breakfast in Oaxaca Centro. Service is fast, efficient and personal. We came once and when we went back a few days later, the waiter not only recognized us and greeted us but he also remember details about our food options. So, service is exceptional.
I had “huevos al gusto” which were pretty great. They came with a black bean refrito and a tortilla with red sauce. The red sauce was not great. The rest was pretty good.
We didn’t order chocolate but watched the waiter preparing it for the table next to ours. Next time we go (before leaving Oaxaca), we’ll have that chocolate.
Noise level is discreet and prices are very affordable.

This place was not too bad. Slightly over priced and the food was alright. Open a Lil later than most restaurants however
