It takes too long to get pizza, it is usually wrong, the employees are argumentative, and they are liars.

My pretzel crust pizza is not pretzel crust and they threw salt on it and said it IS pretzel crust and walked away.

I have had pretzel crust- this is not it. I’m never going back to this location. I have given more attempts than I should.

I had ordered 1 pepperoni stuffed crust, 1 regular cheese pizza & an Italian cheese bread. After eating about 3 pieces of cheese pizza I pulled this (human nail or cardboard?) out of my mouth. I am disgusted. I hope the workers there are wearing gloves at the LEAST! & making sure no objects are dropped into the food. I have lost my appetite & threw away everything afraid there might be other things in the food that my children could possibly eat! Guess we’re just snacking tonight

***UPDATE: IT HAS NOW BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS, AND THEY KEEP PROMISING A REFUND, BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS USELESS AS THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION!
I used to order pizza from here when I needed something quick and easy, but will never again. 23 days ago, I made an order for delivery, and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza place. The order was over a half an hour late. It was also missing the drinks that were ordered. Then when I opened the pizza, the deep dish was cooked until it was black and burnt! Somehow, it was also cold! The Pretzel Crust pizza and the Crazy Bread were the opposite. They were WAY undercooked. Nothing we ordered was edible! I tried to call the store for 2 hours, and they never picked up the phone. I then resorted to calling their Delivery Support Line. That night, I was on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up. The next day, I called in again. I explained the issue, and they told me I was to receive a refund minus the delivery fee. I don’t really think this is fair when everything was so late, and I couldn’t eat the food, but I agreed because I was sick of fighting. They said I would receive an email confirming the refund. After 3 days, I still hadn’t received the email, so I called back in. At that point, I was assured that the refund was submitted and that I would receive a refund… In 16 days! I have no idea why they take so long to send a refund! Once again, I never received an email… Anyway, today is day 23. I called in, and they said that because I didn’t yet receive the refund, that I would have to have the order escalated to their Escalation Team, and wait another 1-3 business days to receive a response. I’m pretty sure at this point that I’m out the full $57… DO NOT ORDER FORM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING FOOD, SLOW DELIVERY, INCORRECT ORDERS, AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after weeks of consistently bad service, it feels necessary.

Food is fine, when you actually get it. You can order online at 10am for a 6pm pickup and they still won’t put it in the oven until you get there and ask about it. Ive tried ordering for pickup at 15 minutes before I want to pick it up, benefit of the doubt that it’d be ready by then, pull up 30 min late, “we’re just loading it”.

Used to be great, but current staff doesn’t know how to do online orders.

The employees hide from customers and hardly ever greet anyone. It’s often that they forget items in the order and they usually take WAY longer to make the food. A lot of the time they don’t even call out the customer name when the order comes up. Most of the time I am in here in the evenings so this doesn’t apply to the day crew. It’s obvious that the management doesn’t prioritize customer service on any level. The employees wouldn’t all avoid customers and wouldn’t constantly forget items in their orders if management did a better job. I know at least one female night manager has a horrible attitude and is quite rude and will ignore customers. I totally understand if they’re understaffed and things get stressful. But there’s just so much room for improvement and employees in general would be a lot happier if there wasn’t an atmosphere of avoiding customers. To be fair, there have been several times where I’ve come on and they already had my order ready but even during those times I had to tell them they forgot items in my order. This could be easily fixed by training employees to check the order before sending it out. Only takes a few seconds to do so. I really hope the management will do something about the atmosphere because I think everyone who works here is miserable and that’s a management issue.

Absolutely the worst locations you can go to in the whole area. I ordered online for drive through pick up, took 30 minutes for my order to be ready, I get there and the girl at the speaker tells me “we have it ready, pull upto the window” so I pull upto the window to see a girl pulling the headset off and hanging it up, she proceeds to chat with her coworkers for 10 minutes, then she leaves, I waited for 22 minutes at the window for my order, just before I was about to pull around and come inside a guy comes to the window and asks if he can help me.. very very frustrating because several employees saw me sitting there then decided they are going to ignore me and pretend they don’t see me. Employees are very rude at this location, i guess that’s why they work at a pizza place and probably always will. I would of saved time driving across town, which I will be doing from now on
Oh and after all that they didn’t even give me what I ordered. 3/8/26 at 9:30-10pm

Today around 130pm my boys and I stopped by this location to grab lunch and the two employees working were running everywhere. The female was making pizzas, jumping over to pull stuff from ovens while the man was taking orders in drive through ( why would a pizza place think a drive through is a good idea?) he was also helping customers in the lobby at the same time. Both of them ROCKED! If anyone from Little Caesars is reading this, YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEES DURING LUNCH! ALSO WHAT MADE YOU THINK PUTTING IN A DRIVE THROUGH WAS A GOOD IDEA?? All I saw was two employees trying their very best to do everything and two very stressed out people. With that said both still had amazing attitudes and kept a smile on their faces. To the lady and gentleman that was working today, you two are rockstars. To little Caesars DO BETTER BY YOUR EMPLOYEES!

I now understand why it’s taking 30 minutes to get my pizzas. One person making the food and other employees outside. I sat in the lobby watching this poor woman by herself, and when the other two decided to come back the big male was texting on his phone instead of helping. He was on his phone for a very long time. Clearly his phone is more important than customer service. 815-8:45pm

I ordered through Uber Eats as I usually do so I can’t rate service or atmosphere but I ordered crazy stuffed crust pepperoni and received a regular crust pizza. Very disappointing because the crust is the whole reason I love this pizza from here
