When I came in, nobody greeted me and when I got my pizza I needed some red crushed pepper packets as the area they were supposed to be in was empty. I tried to get the attention of the young lady that was cleaning out deep dish containers.and she was clearly visible and you could obviously see me, I said “ EXCUSE ME “ over 4 times very loud and it appeared she was purposely ignoring me. I am unsure if she was deaf or just needs more training. If you have a deaf worker you need to put signs because I felt extremely disrespected. When I finally got the young lady’s attention she was rude and I said “ I have been trying to get your attention for the last 2 minutes “ she ignored me and put on a fake nice personality but you could see her huge scoul and frown. Seemed like a toxic Environment. Pizza was delicious and you guys did cook and prep it in time in the pickup heater you guys have. This happened around 4:30-4:40PM. It was not busy and there was no excuse to be ignored like I was the issue. Do better and train your employees to have a better attitude. Thank you

For starters, the parking here is horrible. The girl that took my order was nice and took care of my order quickly. The pizzas were good, the breadsticks were chewy and tough. I had ordered wings for my dinner. The buffalo sauce had a weird taste, and then we found a wing that had been sauced with the feathers still attached. Kinda grossed me out at that point.

Team members were really nice. Answered phones quickly. Pizza was ready when we got there, in the time they said it would be.
Place was clean. Employees seemed happy to work there and cared about our experience.

Elsa is seriously rude. Rayna is also super rude. They mess up my pizza almost every time and then blame me for complaining. I refuse to ever eat little Caesars cardboard pizza again. Save yourself the headache and avoid the establishment entirely. Papa John’s is better and cheaper. This is a prime example of how people act without real leadership.

The guy at the counters name was Jose. I was here at Little Caesars at 9:30. He told me that they closed at 9:30. Website says they close at 10 and then he told me he could only take cash. Jose looks like he doesn’t want to do his job.

When we arrived, the girl behind the counter did greet us,but her politeness went down hill fast. After we ordered she asked if we had a car. But it sounded like she said card. So my wife asked do we have a card? She rudely said do you have a car. We said yes but will wait inside (which took 20 plus minutes) for our pizza and cheese sticks. While we waited we witness not a single employee was wearing hair nets. Also we say female cashier not only handle cash, touch the door to go and take orders out and come back inside, touch boxes and never washed her hands one. We also saw another male employee touch his hair, play on his phone and mess with his clothes and never washed his hands. After we got our food the female cashier did ask if we want marinara sauce but that’s it. Did ask if we needed to get a soda or the cookie dough. She just said here is your food and nothing else. Needless to say. We will drive a little bit farther to go to a different location instead of this one. I can honestly say the staff needs to watch their language because we could easily hear foul language coming from the back where the pizzas are prepared. Plus food handling safety needs to be re-addressed be the lack of food safety is failing and retrain on custom service.

Came in to pick up an order, told it would be a couple minutes. Waited 20, then checked on it. Said they were waiting on one more item. Waited another 15, then was told “I’m not sure when your order will be done, I would probably just cancel it.” ♂️

I’ve had ordered the new pizza that just came out.And the one that’s pepperoni and crazy bread.Try calling the store to talk to a manager.But they don’t like to answer their phones.I’m not the one that would call and complain, but they put so much salt on those friggin’.Crazy breads in that pizza next to it is truly insane.Can’t even eat it.It’s so salty.I will never go back to that little caesars on poor plane ever again
