This place is a always a gamble. If you order in person, they can mess up your order and then argue with you if you ask them to fix it. You can order one to plan ahead and have a similar experience. The only consistent experience you will have at this location isn’t the pizza. It’s the terrible, at disrespectful, argumentative, no accountability taking customer service.
One time I came up here and the worker argued so much with the customer because they closed earlier than the time on the window, the employee dared him to shoot him. The employee came to the door while the customer was outside standing by the car. I was by my car waiting for my online order they forgot to make.
I only use this location because I live in the neighborhood. However, after this last interaction where I’m requesting for a pizza that is fresh. The employee over talked me and was trying to badger me into taking a pizza that was fresh around the edges where the crust is but literally crusty hard in the middle. He even attempted to convince me that all pizzas look like that. I order my pizza at 4:45pm. Time for pick up was 5:07pm. It is now 5:46pm as I await my remake.

The place used to be great when the locals were running the place. Now we have foreigners who don’t understand urgency. The order in the app is marked as ready when you get to the store it isn’t ready yet. Work on this Little Ceasars.

I went on their website picked out what I wanted and had a problem checking out. So I called in my order. I got there and the price almost doubled. Aparently they dont accept Amex which isnt a big deal but every other little caesars does. I was told since I did not order online the price changed. The wait time was also longer than I was told on the phone. The food itself was subpar. I ordered slices and sticks. There was one slice of pizza that was actually pizza. The others were half a slice of pizza the rest breadstick. The breads sticks half of the pie was a puddle of undercooked grease. Not worth

Really bad customer service, I came in after a long day at work..was was greeted. What do you want,I asked very nicely for to pizzas . I said what. 4 times like he couldn’t understand what a was asking if came back 15 minutes later. They messed up my order. Gave me a a completely different order.I told him that wasn’t mine.. And the man gave me attitude and said, yes, that’s what you ordered…. I asked him if he can make what I please ordered and paid for. And said ohh that’s right. So then I had to wait another fifteen minutes. And the man just idk . Just didn’t seem like you wanted to be there.I hope if anybody else comes to this place, they just have a better experience than myself.. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.Just a really tough and bad experience.

I went in looking for an already made pizza. When I asked them if they had any available, they said no – and then I asked what was inside of the displayed Pizza boxes…they indeed had 3 different pizzas available.
I saw they had chicken available and asked for that &, they said they didn’t have chicken.
It took me multiple tries to communicate with them.
The meat pizza was very greasy, difficult to chew. The cheese bread was hard and difficult to chew. The chicken was good but, the sauce was deplorable.
Very disappointed & will not be returning

I ordered 18 pizzas 24 hours in advance for a High School to be delivered at 10:45am the following day. Upon arrival of the delivery driver, they could not find the order and then found it a few minutes later. They stated they would start on it and it would be done in 15-20 minutes. This was at 10:35am, 10 minutes before it was due to be delivered. Long story short, our students did not get to start lunch at their normal 11:00am lunchtime and had to wait til about 11:20am. Lunch ends at 11:30am which means these students did have much time to get through the line and eat their food before having to go to class. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from there again.

This is not the first time that I called to make an order they told me 15 to 20 min will be ready and I went after 25 min to pick up my order and they told me that it wasn’t ready so after 35 more min finally I was able to get my order and is not the first time that they do this to me

Went to the store. Third time ordering online. Third time having to wait way over the pickup projected time (45 plus minutes each time). This is my first time writing a review for this place. First thing I noticed (after noticing that the pizza was not ready) was that the floor was sticky and dirty (incredibly so). Then I looked up at the ceiling it was so thick with dirt that I was wondering if I should even get the pizza’s. However I took a few pics and finally my order was done and I took the pizza’s and went home. When I got home I showed the pictures to my wife and we agreed that throwing the pizzas away would be the best option. This seems to be the norm at the little ceaser restraunts I have visited. I will forward these pictures to the Health Department.

Ordered Pretzel crust pizzas and got regular ones with salt on the crust. Unacceptable. They didn’t even tell me that they were out of the crust and I want a refund still. Don’t go here, and please give me my money back. I’ve contacted so many times and haven’t gotten a refund.
