Second time thru and this one was better. Food is always good, but this time the staff was friendly and engaging and they got our pizza out to us in our vehicle within the time frame promised. The gentleman who rang us up was courteous and had a great smile. Definitely a change from the last time when they were obviously annoyed we ordered food. Good job changing for the better!

They refused to honor my coupon. Said there wasn’t a bar code for him to scan so he didn’t know how to process it. I use them there all the time. I bought the coupons to support an event. Manager wasn’t well trained. They should know how to ring up their coupons. Especially when people have bought them.

Came in to order pizza and crazy puffs, called said I would like the 4 crazy puffs as written on the menu, then the cashier rang it up like I wanted 4 orders of them. Drive thru line is long. There were people using drugs right outside their door. Sad that businesses and workers in the area have to put up with drugs at their doorstep.
Update:ordered pretzel crust pizza. Was charged $2 for nacho cheese and they put the smallest amount in the bottom of the cup. Sad. They salted my pizza instead of the crust too.

This is probably the most convenient pizza experience experience available. Not sure what it is exactly but other franchises should model this setup with the no problem waiting in lot after drive through. Aside from enjoying the AC it’s much nicer than waiting in a line in the store.

Went to Little Caesars (Store #10862) and ordered the lunch special through the online app. The process was smooth, and my order was ready in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, my experience took a shocking turn.
When I finally sat down to eat the pizza, I discovered reddish-orange hair baked throughout. At first, I thought it might be cheese, but it was very clearly human hair—fine and dyed. It was disgusting and completely ruined my appetite.
I went back to the store and spoke with someone at the counter. While she refunded me and offered to make another pizza, her response felt dismissive. She mentioned something about a tool or a cleaner brush they use, but this was obviously not bristles from a tool. This was human hair, baked right into the pizza. I was shocked that she was trying to convince me it was from their bristle cleaner brush like having that inside someones pizza is acceptable and has happened before?
This experience was especially disappointing because I rarely eat pizza—it’s more of a treat for me. To have it ruined in this way, and to feel like my concerns weren’t taken seriously, was upsetting. I won’t be returning to this location.
