Not sure how this is even possible, because I’ve seen a lot of pizzas in my day. The pizza grease is pooling up in the box like standing water on a roadway. I have never seen so much grease. It’s to the point of being completely inedible. I tried one piece and gave up. My stepson who’s less discerning than I am has somehow been able to stomach a piece himself, thank goodness for young arteries. I might have a heart attack if I were to attempt another piece. Cmon Little Caesars, do better.

I ordered two pizzas; one was delivered correctly, but the second one wasn’t even sliced, had too much salt, and was excessively greasy. I am not satisfied with the service they provide.

They are currently under new management but whoever they had working today needs to be retrained and shown how to do things properly, including how to keep customers happy. We waited for 40 minutes for 3 boxes of pizza puffs and were served this. No apology either, they didn’t start making our food until after 20 minutes of waiting.

My family loves the pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce! Tonight they overdid it on the salt big time! My crunchy stuffed crust has so many toppings that its just soggy pizza now. Do better…would you like your pizza like this?! I didn’t interact with anyone so I cant say anything about the employees. Ive never had any issues with them.

Very disappointed today. They said they were behind. Not the customers problem. We waited 30 minutes for 1 order of cheese puffs. Crazy. They said it would take 7 minutes. Not worth it. When I asked how much longer, the girl rudely said 2 more minutes. You need better customer service.

This use to be our favorite pizza spot but in the last few months in gone completely down hill. We know it’s under new management so we’ve been gracious in understanding that sometimes they need time to adjust but it’s been about 4-6 months of new management and every time the pizza is either way underdone (basically raw dough) or completely burnt to a crisp. There’s no happy medium. On top of the fact there’s been multiple times now I’ve gone in to pick up and order and they’ve “misplaced” it or they didn’t see the order come in and I’ve had to wait an extra 30 minutes for new burnt pizza.

Good pizza, good service. Kids are all happy and so is my wallet. Its not outstanding pizza but for the price its tasty. I personally love the pretzel pizza best.

If there were a zero-star rating for food, I would’ve selected it. Lol, the guy at the counter just gave me a $5 bill instead of processing a return through the cash register.

Very disappointed that the restaurant can’t get your online order timing even close to accurate. Placed an order at 4:38pm for a 6:30pm pickup. It is currently 7:15pm and my order still isn’t even in the oven. They also said they can’t refund me unless I call corporate. There is over 10 other people in the store having the same problem. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me. Something needs to be done, this is unacceptable.

Pizza is good for the price. Best to order ahead. Never had an incorrect order but I always use the app.
