First, there is no such thing as a BAD pizza. Some are just better than others. If boutique pizzarias and wood fired ovens are a must for you then this isn’t your place, but I was pleasantly surprised by Little Caesars. It’s carry out only and about a 10 minute wait ordering at the counter since it was a spur of the moment choice. I had the Detroit Slices N Stix and Cheese Crazy Puffs and both were very good. Either one of them would have filled me up. The crust was good with a nice scald around the edges, sauce was tasty, there was plenty of cheese and the pepperoni was zesty. They also provided a very large cup of marinara dipping sauce for the Stix. I believe you can buy garlic butter dipping sauce, too. And it was a great value. I’ll definitely be back.

ordered on-line. food arrived cold and late. my pizza was missing a topping. took it to store. the young man wanted to just add the old world pepperonni to a cold pizza. i refused. he then agreed to remake it, only to have made it wrong again.

Ordered online, got 2 custom 1 typing pizzas, the only thing custom was asking for light sauce. The pizzas were done in a timely manor and I went to pick up. Once I got home I noticed neither had any sauce on them. I called, they refused to just remake the pies. They said that they have to refund and repurchase… Online. It won’t credit right away so I’m out dinner tonight. So disappointed with this location.

Seriously? I get that it’s cheap pizza but I still don’t think I should be getting this. The cheese bread was so flat and thin that the sauce soaked it right through and the pizza was burnt so badly we just threw the entire order in the garbage. I didn’t bother checking the boxes while at the store because I didn’t think I needed to. Apparently it’s necessary from now on. I’ll avoid this location from now on.

Very rude Eminem looking guy! He was disrespectful and wouldn’t give me the online order after I spoke to another employee a few hours prior. So rude and should not be employed!
I’m surprised that he has a job after he makes racial comments when customers pick up their pizza and leave.

Horrible customer service on 6/13 between 2:30-2:45. The guy in the glasses has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I asked him very politely if I could please have the sauces already paid for with my order. He looked at me and ignored me. Then I waited politely another 5min for him to acknowledge me. When he begrudgingly handed over the product I had already purchased he gave me a nasty look and mumbles under is breath something negative. Horrible employee all around. If someone acted this way at my business, zero tolerance for poor attitude and awful customer care.
