My delivered pizza and bread was fit for the trash. I live about 6-minutes away from the store. My order was picked up at 7:36 pm and wasn’t delivered until 8:50 pm. The grease had completely soaked through the box and the pizza was stuck to the box. Most likely violates food safety guidelines that it sat in the driver’s car for over an hour. I tried to cancel it after over an hour and updated delays but when I called Little Caesar’s at around 8:24 to cancel and they said it was still cooking. They literally lied to me. I saw the pickup time on the box. For reals – nearly $50 and was so gross. The only reason I ordered delivery was because I drove 9 hours in the last two days. But I don’t need to make excuses.
I think the DoorDash was the problem. When they did finally deliver it I was outside with a flashlight because he was driving up to my neighbors houses. He had his date with him too. I don’t know if Dashers are allowed to work and date at the same time but the old style pizza delivery drivers were held to a higher standard. No my DoorDash for me or Little Caesars delivery.

It had cheese missing on the top left and a bunch of sauce on that area. It wasn’t cooked long enough so we asked if they could pass it through the oven again and take some sauce from that area. We assumed they would add more cheese because those slices are 1/3 just bread and sauce. The pictures are the end result after they brought it back. They just made a pizza that they obviously didn’t care about. For 16.99 I should have received a better pizza.

Service is going down hill at this location manager is loosing it. Second time in a week I place an order online and get the confirmation that it’s ready in the portal then I get there and they told me sorry they just gave that order to someone else and they will have to remake it. Thanks another 30min wait with a hungry kid in the car.

As all days are after Christmas, things were very busy at the local little Caesars off Seneca. A technical difficulty was easily navigated. These girls were kicking butt and taking names. They even fixed my order with a smile.

legitimately the worst prepared food I think I’ve ever had. I ordered a pretzel crust and crazy bread. Very simple order, not much that could go wrong. The pizza was somehow both not cut at all, and cut horribly, I would’ve rather they didn’t bother at all. The pretzel crust was actually regular Little Caesars crust with nothing on it. The crazy combo we ordered in fact did not come with sauce, one of the two items in the crazy combo. Also a bit undercooked so the center is a bit mush. Would highly recommend just ordering from any other little Caesars in town, the extra drive will be more than worth it, considering you’ll at least get edible food by the end of the trip

I ordered food and after they charged me said they couldn’t schedule a delivery. When I tried calling the store I just got hung up on and had to call customer service. They said Refund takes at least a day so I’m without my money and no food until then. Never getting my business again.

I ordered two pizzas I asked for both of them to be cooked well done I called the location asking for a replacement and was denied it says on my recipe well done I asked to talk to a manager when telling her I was also a restaurant manager and I felt rude and disrespected by not having my pizza cooked properly she told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone the owners to this place have not so friendly people working there I would still like a replacement and the manager who took my call be demoted to the owners of this location please get ahold of me and replace my order because now I really feel disrespected by this place which not alright at all and you would think there would be better customer service

Huge shout out to Russell, the manager at Little Caesars on Seneca. Somehow my order for 5 pizzas got messed up through online ordering and was made on the 19th instead of the 24th, and I was stressed that I was not gonna be able to have the pizza for my daughter’s birthday, but when I talked to Russell, he was extremely kind and understanding and made it so I could just call on the 24th and have the pizzas remade at no cost, since I’d already paid once. Thanks to him, I’ll still have pizza’s for my Ari’s birthday!
