Absolutely ridiculous! My son drove 15 minutes to get two whoppers with hononegah card. It’s buy one get one. They tell him they got a new system and can’t figure out how to do it. Instead of doing the customer service thing and just charging him for one whopper and giving him the other they turned him away. I call there and it rings for 3 minutes. When Someone answered they were very unprofessional and clearly should not be in customer service. When I ask for who I was talking to she hung up and refused to answer when I called back. Good thing I have a receipt. I will be taking this to corporate. This is not how you operate. I will make sure this person is fired.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve had some bad ones. To keep it simple, I was there for 45 minutes. I went inside for take out for the record.
First, I ran into a lady I knew who was furious over her order and service, whom went through the driver through and received the wrong/poor quality order. Taking her food back to be corrected.
Second, the minute I walk in, I see every customer before me returning their meals that were wrong/not made correctly.
Third, was a bunch of kids, sloppy uniforms, joking around, talking about anything but work, and as soon as something was wrong, blamed each other like it was a joke. The girl at the register asked if I wanted to round up my change to donate to some donation drive… she couldnt remember what it was called
Fourth, I took my food out to my vehicle, checked it over and it was wrong, as I thought it would be.
Fifth, I took it back in and waited again to be helped. Yet again, staff was playing around, joking whos fault it was. So then I asked who the manager was, because I started to heat up. 5:30pm and she is in the back room, did not see her the ENITRE time I was there. I explained the issue with my order and she was cordial at first, proceeded to remake the entire order herself. Major problem here is the caveat. She had to tell her line cook to calm down because of my complaint and mentioning all the other customer complaints. From there, RED HOT.
Sixth, I get home and my food is undercooked. Burgers, fries chicken. And the 2nd replacement was made by the manager. Dont go here unless you want to be sick or mad.
Seventh, I get home and realize my food is undercooked, after 40$ and an hour plus of my time, I call the store to explain my experience. I got about 30 seconds in to my experience and I began to get talked over, “oh its new staff, oh they just started for summer break”. Wait a minute.. I didnt see you for 45 minutes and you are not on the front lines with rookies in a friday night rush hour?????? Couldnt get that through to her, so I said I’m calling corporate and
I will be taking this up the ladder, and probably further than district or even regional, for the fact that how can you place someone in charge of a facility that needs first to conform to health/food safety regulations, second that argues with a customer thats dissatisfied.
Absolute garbage experience. If a corporate figure sees this review Ill kindly respond via email.

9/5/24 At approximately 9:15pm I ordered via drive through at my local Burger King (Roscoe, IL) 8pc Chicken Nugget + 1 vanilla ice cream cone. The ice cream was ok. The nuggets are the reason I’m leaving this post. This is NOT OK. I’ll let the pics speak for themselves. The employee that bagged these nuggets should seriously consider a career change before they cause illness due to their lack of food prep and awareness skills. I would NEVER serve, or treat another person in any way I wouldn’t want to be served, or treated myself. Period.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My fiance already put a review that I see it was taken down.Yesterday, I informed the morning manager that the tables of the play area were sticky. I was handed a rage to clean the tables myself. Then I inform this same manager that the play area has not been swept there is food everywhere. This then generated a response of her handing me a broom. I am a customer I do not work for you. That is not my job it is the managers or the appointed employee that she chooses. She proceeded to tell me “I’m the morning manager I have nothing to do with the night shift they are children.” This does not matter nor does it have anything to do with me. If you don’t want to do your job then quit. Treating your customers with no respect like you own them is just disgusting. I’m on hold with corporate now. Good luck.

This place was great they had a Whopper flame broiled like they used to I’m in the Rockford region and this Roscoe Burger King is the only place that flame Broyles the hamburgers that I have found Auto places just put the hamburgers in the microwave and they cook them that way I haven’t been to Burger King in a couple of years due to that fact I wanted to call up Burger King and tell them how good this was and all I got was I had to leave a message by text nobody answers the phone at Burger King they have no customer service line if you can believe it if it wasn’t for this place I wouldn’t even eat a a Whopper I stopped eating McDonald’s because it’s all they fry everything and it’s it’s just it go to their website and see what they fry their food in it’s all those seed oils that give you inflammation it doesn’t bother you if you’re 12 but if you’re in your 50s or 60s it starts adding up they took everything off their menu that they they don’t fry everything they they make is fried me and my wife started we just stopped eating out it’s just all the crap that they put in the food and what they cook this stuff and it’s just ridiculous this place is the place to go if you really want a good hamburger they’re excellent truly oh I still drink the iced tea at McDonald’s you guys always try and cut down on so much soda it’s all sugar salt

I’ve sat in the door dash quick pick up line for almost 20 minutes and not one person has said one thing to me even after I asked so I canceled the dash and left sorry to the costumer that didn’t get there food do to the customer service of this BK. McDonald’s is just as slow across the street but at least they talk to you. I added five because h at leastsmiles

Well I was really disappointed with my visit this time maybe the lady was just having a bad day idk but anyway I would like to call for false advertising on the new HTTYD meal its advertised as a meal but this place charged for all sepertate items! It even showed the sundae in the meal with the firey mozzarella sticks but nope all seperate and didn’t get any of that. Anyway pretty disappointed didn’t even come with the dragon like others I seen did.

I recently visited my local Burger King and was shocked by the subpar service and inflexible policies.
My food took 25 minutes to prepare, which is unacceptable for a fast-food chain. It was not busy.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to order dessert at 6 p.m., four hours before closing, I was informed that cookies were no longer available. The excuse? “We don’t make cookies at 6 p.m.” The employee claimed it takes 16 minutes to prepare, but I know that’s not true.
The manager’s attitude was dismissive and rude, clearly indicating a lack of interest in serving customers. When questioned about the cookie policy, the response was defensive and unhelpful.
Until Burger King addresses these issues, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
