What is going on? Until they make a come up, I’m not coming back.
A few years ago I had much better memories of this LC, their quality seemed better and the orders were rarely incorrect. Now when I order delivery, I have to temper my expectations because I know they’ll screw up even simple orders. While pretzel crust pepperoni pizza isn’t easy to make, I’d rather the workers actually do their job and make me what I ordered. It’s true that the crust is supposed to look somewhat like the advertisements, I’ve seen good LC’s make it. Unhappy customers are very expensive to businesses, don’t be lazy, that’s destructive in more ways than one!
I see pictures of other LC orders on the internet, some of those other LC locations make this stuff look as quality as my rating. You can do better, you’re just not choosing to.
The image attached was the final straw.
Also, I’m not sure if it’s just me but my stomach hasn’t been happy with your pizza recently, the dough has gotten weirdly sweet.

Little Caesars in Albany Oregon is full of disrespectful attitudes. I was told 5 minutes and waited nearly a hour after already paying. When I politely asked about my order, the employee laughed, questioned whether I even paid, and acted like I was the problem. No apology, no accountability just sarcasm and a “have a good day.” By the time I got the pizza, I barely even wanted it. The audacity after making a paying customer wait that long is unbelievable. Completely unprofessional. Never coming back.

My wife was just rushed out of the store with a completely screwed up order. Said they forgot to give her a receipt and couldn’t reprint one because they were busy. They had her waiting in the store for 30 min because they forgot about her order, which was sitting in the back, cold. Probably because it’s all literal children working here. Also, it was like $50 for a family of 4, which would be fine if it wasn’t so terrible.

First time here! It has been a few years since we have had Little Caesars, and we didn’t miss much. Nothing spectacular or special. Couldn’t get the online order to work the right way so lost out on the 15% off. Very sad the store can’t & will not apply a coupon for not being able to order online. Had to call in our order. The person on the phone was okay not very customer oriented and not fully focused on the conversation. It was very busy when we went in to pick our order up. Ordered a few items. The veggie pizza was lacking most of the ingredients it stated it came with. There were NO MUSHROOMS to be found on the veggie pizza, barely any onions, had enough green peppers and a ton of black olives. Not sure who made the veggie pizza and chose not to put the ingredients on the pizza. Little Caesar’s has really gone with the inflation theme on prices! Some things were reasonable and others not so much. The veggie pizza was the most expensive item but yet didn’t have any premium ingredients so not sure why it was $14.50!

This is the second time I have left with no pizza.
The first time they said it was such a busy day, my pizza wasn’t ready, despite using the app HOURS ago.
Today, almost 20 minutes after it “was in the oven,” I pulled thru only to hear they “had to find” my pizza.
Then they tell me, someone accidentally gave it away, and if I didnt mind pulling up and waiting 10 minutes.
I realize they can be busy, but they need to get it together! It isn’t like they are a bunch of high school kids.
Papa Murphys got my money instead.

Got a hot and ready pizza here and I’m pretty sure they sold me yesterday’s pizza. It was already cold and hard. These pictures are literally only 10 mins after getting the pizza.

Don’t get me wrong, I love me some cheap pizza–it’s a cornerstone of American food culture.
But… I placed an order online for pick up, and the site told me they’d email me when it’s ready. 20 minutes later, I get the email that it’s ready, so I take the 7 minute drive over.
I greet the drive thru attendant, I give them my name and order number, and they tell me the order isn’t finished and it’ll be a 10 minute wait. Okay, I’m not happy, but it’s fine, I go park and wait for someone to bring me out my food.
15 minutes pass and I see 5 people go through the drive thru. Mind you my order was not extravagant, just 2 pepperoni pizzas and some crazy bread… so I imagine, “my food must be ready.” I roll into the drive thru again, and I’m told they just received my order and it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. My face goes red, my ears are on fire, but I take a moment and politely replay the events of my order to the attendant, they tell me the new guy lost my order “he must’ve clicked it off the screen.”
So… after a 40 minute wait in the parking lot, I take another stroll through the drive thru and get my pizzas. This is entirely too much excitement for a simple pizza order.

Pizza and breadsticks were very old and none of my family would even eat the pepperoni pizza we ordered it almost seemed like it had been from yesterday and just ran through the oven again highly disappointed. we have always enjoyed little Cesar’s unfortunately the Albany Location is consistently a let down

I wish I could give this 0 stars as the wait is utterly ridiculous. Even for a Sunday night. We order in the drive thru and get, “we are out and it will be 15 minutes” please pull around front. So here we sit 30 minutes later. The kicker is door dash driver as been here 3 times to pick up and deliver. I know ordering ahead is cool and all but let’s be serious, this place has horrible customer service and if this was the only bad review I’d feel bad but as you see don’t come here. Hit up Domino’s or Pizza Hut because that what I’ll be doing next time!!!

I’m hoping this is a one off situation. I ordered a Detroit Deep Dish Veggie pizza. When I got home and sat down to eat it we noticed the middle wasn’t done. We went ahead and put it in our oven to cook it the rest of the way. The ironic part of the order was that I had requested the pizza to be well done.
