I walked in the door there was only two people in the store already… I ordered an artisan pepperoni pizza. Double pepperoni… They told me it was going to be a 10-minute wait because I had to make it fresh I said no problem.. my family was waiting in the car
As I’m standing there I watch her pull an artisan pizza with lots of pepperoni off and she gave it to a doordash guy who was one of the two people in there already before me..
I asked her if that she was giving my pizza away.. she replied no
30 minutes later I’m starting to get a little upset that I haven’t gotten my food yet as I have watched at least 10 to 15 people come in order get their food and leave… By now I’m getting mad.. 35 minutes goes by and the supervisor refunds my money… Tells me it’ll be another 4 more minutes before my pizza gets here… Now remember my family’s been waiting in the car this whole time after a long day out of town…
I’m going to include pictures of what my pizza looked like when I got it home.. it wasn’t even a full artisan Pizza like they normally have.. it was slopped around like they didn’t give a crap… I’m sorry but after waiting that long my pizza should have been looking like a commercial Pizza.
Okay so after I eat this pizza I’m realizing they just took a regular dough instead of the artisan crust that they usually use and they stretched it out just through toppings on kind of made it look oblong

We ordered 5 pizzas around 9:00, before hand called 3 times the young lady couldn’t hear or understand us. Took practically a whole hour. They gave us 4 pizzas forgot 1 pizza, A group of young men came in after us and received their whole order. Horrible customer service. A joke.

I give it 3 stars for Little Caesars, not because the food is delicious as compared to other places. However, the service at this location is hit and miss. It can either be just what you expect or absolutely terrible. I put in an online order before 9:30 PM. I set it to be picked up inside. I immediately realized that I needed to call in order to have them do it well done because it wasn’t given as an option. I called repeatedly and eventually baby began picking the phone up and hanging it up. When I arrived at 9:28 I was waved to the drive-through as they were standing at the doors with the keys in the lock to let a customer out and re-lock the doors. I understand if they close the inside earlier than the drive-through, but that should be made clear online and they should definitely be answering their phones while they’re open. Had I known I was going to have to wait in a 20 minute drive-through I wouldn’t have ordered to begin with. I certainly wouldn’t have ordered and paid for something that isn’t even correct because they refuse to answer the phone.
But here’s the kicker: I got the completely wrong kind of pizza! I got a depressing looking regular pizza with a couple dozen tiny pepperonis on it. Not the “old world pepperoni” that I ordered.

We love coming to this Little Caesars, usually the pizzas are great but I’m a little disappointed with 2 of our pizzas tonight. We got a large Hawaiian and the toppings were just in the center not on the entire pizza and we also got one of the $10.99 deals wereit was the pepperoni slices and sticks and it was completely burnt. My fault for not checking them before we left but we have never ran into this issue here before.

The slowest little Caesars I have ever been to. Employees are disinterested at best. You can see kids ripping their vapes in the back and on their phones instead of working. You could get better pizza cheaper and faster at the Domino’s down the road

This is a great location. Good people, good food. If you haven’t been to Little Caesars in a while, it’s time to try them again. You cannot beat the quantity and quality for the price. Their prices have not gone up like everywhere else.

this past friday I ordered online 3 pizzas including the new steak cheese and when we got home and opened up the pizzas they had very little toppings like almost nothing and the toppings were only in the middle of the pizzas and the dough looked smaller and thinner. the pizzas here used to be very well made so don’t know what happened maybe new staff. I was very upset and could not go back since I live in gervais and couldn’t make the drive back.

Staffs were polite, no issue with service and my order was quick…but this is diabolical. First pic is the new stuffed crazy bread, which was foul. Second pic is the normal crazy bread, which had almost no seasoning. Both were just not good.
The crazy bread is also smaller in size than it used to be, which is wild. LC used to be a great value option but I’m not paying $3.50 for a bag of barely seasoned, half burnt breadsticks.
Not sure if this is a recipe change but this is just not it.

I placed an order for a supreme deep-dish pizza but received a pepperoni deep-dish instead. I didn’t notice the mistake until I arrived home. When I called the store, I was told I needed to return with the incorrect pizza and my receipt, and that I would receive a complimentary 2-liter and breadsticks for the inconvenience.
After driving 20 minutes back to the store, I brought in the pizza, and I overheard staff saying, “We’ve got a pizza to eat.” When I asked about the complimentary items I had been promised, I was told they had never offered them.
I made an unnecessary trip due to the store’s mistake and was then denied what I was told I would receive. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
