This place is horrible. As I waited in line to place my order. A woman in front of me orderd three pizzas in Spanish The worker pulled three pizzas out and gave them to her. I witnessed the woman ask the man, how much are they. The worker said, no worries just have them. I was next and placed my order and paid. It was bothersome that they thought I did not speak Spanjsh and won’t not understand what they said.

I order my food through the drive-thru and they told me I could wait 12 minutes. I said that was fine.
12 minutes passed, and I went inside the restaurant to pick up my order, and they asked me to wait again. They made me wait for 30 minutes! What outrageous service and a complete waste of time.

I accidentally placed my order at the wrong Little Caesars location, and I tried calling five different times to cancel it. one person picked up the phone and then they immediately hung up. It’s incredibly frustrating that a business can’t answer when customers urgently need help. If they’re not going to take calls, why even list a phone number? Completely unprofessional and a huge inconvenience. I won’t be ordering from here again and the food sucked

Literally watched a guy cut his finger while making my pizza and the next guy served me the pizza. When I asked if it was the pizza the guy cut his finger on he said no and gave it to me. Normally love this place but I will never be going back. Disgusting.

The food has always been great and most of the employees are also. There is one lady( possibly a manager)with longer straight black hair that is probably 45 to 50 that is very rude and unpleasant to deal with. They don’t wear name tags so you can’t identify her by her name. She has horrible customer service skills. She also puts your order in the portal when she knows you’re waiting for it and doesn’t even tell you. When it’s busy and people are standing around waiting for their orders most of the time you can’t get to the portal. We asked her for our order said she would check on it and never came back to update us, but then put our order in the portal.

As of May 1st their parking lot was all newly paved. Some of the parking lot used to be just gravel so this new upgrade makes it look great!

Wow I was shocked at how terrible the service was, Little Caesars has been a long time favorite of mine since I was a kid, but the crazy bread I ordered this time was bland and soggy, it was not anything like what I was used to. The pizza was 4 dollars more expensive than I have seen before and tasted NOT FRESHLY MADE. On top of all that, the girl at the registwr was grumpy and hostile, I even gave her a 15% tip! I had asked for the red dipping sauce for my bread sticks, and she gave me a cup that was 25% full! This really put me off, and I can no longer justify going here after this terrible experience. I miss the old Little Caesars with cheaper prices, higher quality, and decent customer service! Such a disappointment!
