Worst customer service! 2 pm in the afternoon on a Monday 2/16/26 and you can not order online for pickup or delivery. Then I called several times and no one answer the phone. It was not far from work so drove over and placed order at the counter. The older women at the counter was a stone face! No manners whatsoeve, could care less if she took an order. Then went outside to smoke then didn’t wash her hands when she came back in! This women needs to get a different job doing anything that doesn’t involve customer service. Definitely not doing the job she should be, shuts down internet ordering and refuses to answer the phone! Gentleman in the back brought my food out. He was friendly enough, reminded me to get my soda. But, never gave me my cheesy bread that I paid for only handed me the sauce! Ugh! Terrible experience!

My son and I went to Little Caesars Waianae on Sat 10-25-2025 since there was a Farmers Market in the parking. As I entered a male employee ignorantly stated to “leave and get out,” because they were not open. I requested for a manager and that same male employee later stated he was the manager, but refused to give his name. I stated the door was open and as a manager he could have been more polite about it. I also reminded the manager that if there are camera surveillance in the business, the “eye in the sky,” is helpful for both sides of the story. It escalated, the police got involved and I would “NEVER,” go back “EVER.”
I took this unfortunate situation, to the Little Caesar’s Corporate level, to ensure they are aware of the type of employees that represent their business. I am now awaiting feedback from the Little Caesars Corporate Customer Service Manager level and will offer to provide a portrait and video of the rude Manager.

I never do write reviews. But by far was it the worst service just to pick up my food that I ordered online. They can’t even make a simple pizza!!

First, they don’t answer the phone so I had to download the app. Now they claim the app isn’t working and my order never went through. Yet, the payment processed without an issue. This was the same type of “customer service” that the Ewa beach branch provided to the community and they closed down. Management needs to step up their game and technology on this restaurant or their future might prove to be the same. Look at how much time I gave them and now I’m waiting 20 minutes more. Dissatisfied customer.

It took you almost 2 hours to prepare and deliver my order. When it finally arrived, my pizza was cold and your driver delivered the wrong drink. That’s not the drivers fault since you guys use DoorDash to deliver and they only deliver what they’re given. It’s whoever processed the orders’ fault for not paying attention to details. I will blame the driver for not following directions, however. I asked to be handed the order because it’s raining outside and the ground is wet. Instead, I hear the driver plop my order down on the soaking wet ground. So thanks for that I guess. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from you guys again any time soon

It’s Little Caesars. Predictable corporate menu- friendly staff and locally prepared items. This location is quite busy at times and the hot and ready cabinet may be empty. Walk-up or door dash delivery only, no seating. Average wait time is about 15- 20 minutes for orders not in the hot and ready box. Be aware a Google search may bring you to the Pizza Hut located in the same mall but, on the opposite side of building.

This location has gone downhill over the years and yesterday was the last straw! Our deep dish pizzas was everything but a deep dish. Half cooked and the cheese was not even melted. Not mention one pizza was not even sliced. Not going to forget about out Italian bread that looked and tasted like it’s been sitting in the warmer all day. Never again!!!!
