Horrible customer service makes you feel very uncomfortable. You have to work to get their attention. They lie to you about how long you will have to wait. Got food poising the last time I ate here. How is this place still in business? Lots of 1 star reviews. They seem to favor certain customers.

System crashed when I paid and they told me I had to pay again. I showed them my checking account and that it said it went through. They told me I had to pay again and that if I got charged twice I could go in the next day to get my money back. When i went back they told me they had to contact their management and that they’d call me. I’ve been following up with them since, I never got the call and over a month later I still don’t have my money back. I told them i’d just take a coupon but they told me no to that too.

Ordered Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme and Liter of Diet Pespi. Received Regular Pespi and a raw pizza. When you lift up the toppings there was at least 3/8 ” deep RAW dough. Not edible. Call Windsor store to ask what happened and the worker just set the phone down and left me listening to him help other customers. Terrible food and terrible customer service.

Unfriendly employees. We have had several bad experiences here and this time we ordered on the phone and we we went to pick it up with our newborn baby they told us the man on the register forgot to put in the order and we had to wait 15 minutes. When we were waiting we heard the employee talk about us in Spanish because he assumed we only knew English.

Ok people, heads up. New manager, very pleasant customer service and the pizza is the best pizza I’ve tasted in 10 years of gng to this location. Sauce, dough and meat tasted so fresh and different. I actually called to let the manager know how good it was and that’s when he told me he was the new manager. If it’s good, why not call and put a smile on someone’s face and thank them for doing a good job!

Good for a cheap pizza. However this location is not a favorite. The employees tend to be slow and unfriendly and during the summer or even just a warm day it’s often hotter and more humid inside. I recommend ordering online to avoid the slow service and uncomfortable temps.
