Maybe the worst pizza place in Tracy. I ordered online at 6:20 for pickup at 7:15 – almost a whole hour for Little Caesars to prepare my order. Upon arrival at 7:20 they told me that my pizza was still in the oven and that it’ll be out in 5 minutes. Took them 20 minutes to get me my food. Just horrible time management, plus the restaurant was packed with people, all who im sure were waiting for their late orders too. Store is so depressing and the guy that worked in the front was no help.
The food itself was decent but whoever cut my pizza should never be around knives again because i could’ve made better cuts with my hands. Not worth it and I won’t be ordering here again.

Soda forgetten again. 2Liter. It was for a kid as a reward for heavy studying. Why do they tell me talk to online ordering app. Seriously, door dash driver knew nothing about a 2 liter – yet it’s on the order (1261369) this issue is a common thing now and a good way to loose customers.
How will Little Caesars Pizzacompensate me.

I was surprised I haven’t been to Little Ceazars in 20 years in San Ramon. So I bought a deep dish for my Son and I, and another meal for my Grandson and his friends they scarfed it up and I was surprised how good everything was, and it didn’t drain my pocket of cash:) So yes Emplyees were awesome, So A+ in my book would check it out again in the future.

I’ve never had to wait 1 hour for a little Caesar’s pizza. When I tried to call and ask someone about it, the person in the phone said I needed to push option 8 on the phone. When I asked if they still work at the store and if she could just answer a question she proceeded to say we need to press 8. How about you just answer our question about an order we already placed! This will be the last time we order from these rude people! Whoever was answering the phones on 2/22 @ 8:30pm shouldn’t have a job there! Do better!

I put an order for a deep dish and crazy bread .I was told 20 minutes . I was literally thier for 45 minutes. The place got packed after I arrived everyone after me got thier food.. had no chiuxe but to tell thw cashier I been her for 45 minutes its just a deep dish and crazy bread. She finally went to the back and brought my order .the deep dish looked like it been laying thier in the back .

Lost a star because of slow service. Also, be aware your name will drop off the portal after a few minutes and you’ll need to ask at the counter. So that adds to the unknown of when your pizzas will actually be ready.
Otherwise, good food and better prices than Livermore!
