I find it highly disappointing that I was given the wrong food, and also argued with over the correct food I was supposed to get. Showed my receipt which didn’t match what I got, and was told too bad. Such a shame,something that’s supposed to be a convenience turns out to be a nightmare.

3/7/24.We have a problem again with how the food was made. No tomato on my whopper jr. They put extra onions though and no pickle either. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and they did not put cheese on it they put mayo on the sandwich when I said no mayo .. I asked for fresh Fries and waited an extra 3 mins in a spot they said to wait… Well the fries were cold and soft so obviously not fresh. The lady at the register tonight wouldn’t even put the food ordered as I said in the computer she didn’t know how or was just too lazy but everything came out wrong bc of it. This place needs some real workers. It’s not fair after working all day that we can’t get a decent meal when prices went sky high to begin with. This is after we already had issues with this place.
02/2024 I went through drive thru and got some small chicken on a big sandwich they tried to pass off as a royal crispy chicken. It’s sad. These people have a fast food job and can’t handle it. There is no easier job in the world than being behind the grill at a fast food restaurant and they can never get that right. The fries were cold to the touch and hard to chew and the managers don’t care for the most part.Patients was so kind. I went inside instead of drive thru and explained to her that the sandwich was made horribly wrong and she had taken care of it right away. She Even made sure I was totally satisfied before I left. The problem is that the employees aren’t held accountable they keep serving timed out food that’s sat for a real long time or giving the wrong meat on a sandwich that costs double than what it’s worth and they get away with it. They should be sent home for the day or have to go through retraining.. at least a write up. After patients made sure I was served the correct food I was so pleased when I left that I will go back but after this I know to check my food before I leave. When I was there earlier the staff were so rude not friendly and did not smile once. The lady Even held a side conversation while I was trying to ask for ketchup. Patients made me feel like I was important and wanted to be sure I will come back. Thank you to the workers who care about the public and their job.

generally I don’t do reviews, bad or good. But this place is really pushing to the bottom.
We ordered online pay for order, delivery even tips. Order never was delivered. It was left in a front of some building we have no clue where it is. Tried to talk to BK manager and was told no refund no replacement and that we have to talk to delivery driver. But driver have no credit card info and can’t issue refund!!! Then so called manger call some one called Mommy who turn in very rude way wouldn’t even lessen, but just yield that she wouldn’t do refund or replacement. I wouldn’t recommend this place as it is present every poseable bad stereotype about BK.

Reviewing based on it being a fast food restaurant. I had no issues. Staff was efficient and not rude. Food came out fast, hot, and as expected for a Burger King. Seating and tables were clean.

The food is hands down amazing, always hot and the same amazing stuff. D was so kind to us, had a conversation and related to us so well and his energy was amazing. The whole atmosphere was beautiful and joyful which is something that you don’t see most fast food places, it’s one of the best Burger Kings I’ve gone to and we will definitely be coming back.

Today I came in and ordered the fiery chicken fries, but accidentally received the fiery cheese sticks. No big deal, but I went up to ask for the correct item and they let me keep the cheese sticks at no cost and gave me an extra sized order of the chicken fries. This was a great customer service experience and they even brought the food out to me. They were kind to me the entire time and were great. This Burger King is very clean and the food tastes very fresh. I highly recommend eating here.

The manager here is incompetent. Everyone on their cellphones employees in the back on cellphone swearing loudly fully staffed and it took 15 mins to get my order. MY FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME IN THIS DUMP!
