ordered online told to come in at 7:50-8pm, no traffic. Called ahead to make sure its ready said order ready, got there said they needed another 15 minutes, waited, after said they lost the order would make a new one immediately waited another 20 minutes. Afterwards, said there was no order put in the system. Been about 55 min no updates, all the workers just say wait one moment then take the next person’s order.

This is my fav spot for a quick bite to eat at a reasonable price. So try not to over crowd this place because the wait can take up to 20mins!! I hope the employees get a good pay, they work very hard and are friendly despite some rude customers who come thru with nasty attitudes. If people make the time to order thru their online system, they wouldn’t have time to complain otherwise you have no right but to just deal w. It.. Many Thanks to the young man who’s always very polite and professional at the cashier ID: 2, just hearing his deep voice, I know I’m in good hands.

Slowest service ever!! Ordered ON THE APP 1 pizza and 1 crazy bread. I arrive a few mins after my estimated pick up time and its not ready. Was told another 4 mins. It took extra 20 mins!! The app also never updated. It says pizza is still in the over 10 mins after placing the order.

New kids working there..who left them in charge cause wow they dont care. Got a refund after waiting 1 hr for 2 pizzas and was still not ready. Wasn’t even busy. They just goof off in the back.

Horrible service, I went to go get a pizza and some breadsticks and the breadsticks looked like they were cooked for a minute. They were basically dough. This place sucks.

Today my father was sold a burnt pizza, it’s not pizza, it’s just crap
had to order pizza elsewhere

when I returned to the pizzeria and asked to replace it, no one wanted to change anything, they said that it should be like that

Paid for order to be picked up 4:15 at 4:28 it was out and ready to be picked up in 2 MINUTES they managed to “lose” the pizzas. No apology whatsoever just made me wait extra time, horrible customer service!
