I had a really unpleasant experience here. I ordered orange chicken, and when they handed me the order, the gravy had spilled all over the bag they gave it in. It was messy and clearly not packed properly.
On top of that, I politely asked if my medium order could be changed to a smaller size. Instead of handling it professionally, the older lady at the counter started yelling at another employee because of my request. It was very uncomfortable to watch and completely unnecessary.
The way they handled the situation made me feel like customers are not treated with respect. Good service means handling requests calmly, not creating a scene in front of customers. Also, the quantity of food they gave was very small for the price.
Overall, the customer service was very disappointing and the whole experience felt unprofessional. I hope they improve the way they treat both their employees and customers.

Always eat here when we are hungry and at the mall and we always are satisfied. This place always has great service and the food is always delicious. The bourbon chicken is always our to-go dish and can never go wrong with that. We always get the 3 meat plate. Good portions and pricing is very reasonable. We will come back.

I was raving about the free sample I got to my friend and telling her that she should try it and buy the entree of the chicken. When she got to the counter this man said she couldn’t get one. This man was really mean and discriminatory towards us so we ended up just leaving.

I was really craving crunchy fried chicken but wasn’t expecting to find any at the food court. Only this place outta all of the stalls had what resembled it, so I gave it a try and OMG their “Cajun fried chicken” it was amazing! So crunchy and flavorful with the dry Chili’s to nibble with every bite! So glad I tried it!

I got the 1:1 plate with the general tso’s chicken and green beans plus a chicken egg roll for about $10 total. Everything surpassed my expectations! The staff was super nice and offered many samples. I will be eating here again soon!

Casual mall Asian food- not actually close to being Cajun. If you’re a regular mall shopper, this place has the classic ‘mall’ quality and taste. While it tastes amazing, its evident that its probably not something you should eat daily. They let you sample before you buy. I prefer this spot over the similar option across the food court. The flavors at Cajun Grill are more my style.

I ordered food, but it was just absolutely disgusting. I ordered Noodles with orange chicken and egg rolls. The egg rolls were ok but the chicken was mushy like mashed potatoes. The noodles had no flavor at all. They messed up our order and gave us shrimp even though we didn’t ask for it. They remade our entire order. I do not recommend going here.

I believe its not called Kelly’s Cajun Grill anymore? But besides that, the Cajun Grill and Cafe here has good food! Didn’t had any problems with the food here and they got really good egg rolls! A bit of certain chicken may be a bit fatty, but that’s alright as it tasted good anyways. A little sad that shrimp costs extra, but then again seafood as always been slightly more expensive than meat and chicken. A bit odd how you need to pay 50 cents for a refill drink, but 50 cents is just pocket money and not a problem. Best thing about the place though is the staff; very kind and understanding people! Especially these two guys that work there. The one that serves samples at times is especially lovely to interact with. Order something there when you get the chance; it may not be quality food but price is reasonable and staff is kind! Sincerely, a worker that regularly works at Baybrook Mall.
