Typical affordable pizza. They have great deals online. The location does have a large amount of homeless and the sidewalks/store is leaning on the dirty side. Customer service is great though. I can never park close because the parking lot is always full.

I have genuinely given this restaurant, Little Caesars Selma, a chance. I have been a customer for over a year. However, the pizza they serve has NOT been what they CLAIM TO OFFER. The amount of cheese in their pizza in very little compared to the amount one would normally see in other neighboring Little Caesars such as Hanford. Typically, Little Caesars in Selma hands out pizza with BURNT CHEESE, and/or DRY CRUST , and/or with BUBBLES IN THE BREAD. The amount of toppings ans sauce is MINIMAL compared to its own neighboring franchise. When i have requested for them to make a new one beacuse of one of the previously mentioned reasons, the new pizza doesn’t come much different. I guess it’s just the definition of insanity at this point. It’s also worth mentioning that they DO NOT use their PIZZA PORTAL for self convenience. Hence, the convenience of it goes out the door as one must wait for other customers to order or get their pizza.

This store has good customer service and they get their pizzas right 8/10 times. Since 2018 this is only my third “issue” with them. I always order through the app or call otherwise waiting would be an issue. When I first moved to Selma in 2018 I had to get used to longer than I want, waits. Their stuff crust tends to be undercooked. These pictures are 30 minutes after us trying to bake it. We baked it for 10 minutes at a time hoping not to burn it. Third time was not a charm. The heat wasn’t high enough, but normally it doesn’t take us more than 375 in the oven for 10 minutes, same in the convection. Half of it we did in the oven and the other half in the convection. I didn’t get an original before pic because I didn’t anticipate an issue. This time it was so doughy we couldn’t get it right. I took it back and they remade it and comped a soda at my insistence. Picked up my pizza around 7:20. Returned it around 8:20. Received my redo close to 9. It took so long between us trying to fix the issue ourselves and the store fixing it the by the time I got the pizza home just after 9, the kids tore into it so i didn’t get a pic of the redo.

I was placed on hold and finally after 8 minutes of waiting i attempted to place an order 4 times … So that means I called 4 times only to have the phone ring and and got hung up on. I called back 1 more time and finally got thru and asked to speak with the manager and asked to hold so I said no and I got hung up on…. I worked CSR before anf this is not good customer service this is not how you treat customers… If you don’t like your job get one you do like

Placed my order at around 3:40pm today and arrived close to 4:10. Order wasn’t ready yet, which is fine. Notified the employee that I was picking up my online order, and she came back a few minutes later with my order. Upon arriving home I notice my large pizza has two slices that are completely folded over as if it was thrown into the box. If I had known it would turn out like this I would’ve told them to take their time.

Go to Parlier or Kingsburg. This place is poorly managed. They disable half the order options on the app so you can’t order them. Then what you are allowed to order is thrown together haphazardly. They just can’t seem to manage what every other Little Cesars in existence does. I like Little Cesars…but this location really makes the brand look bad.

Order was supposed to be ready at 2:27 at the latest, I showed up at 2:30 because I know they regularly run late here. Waited in line until 2:55 to talk to someone, they said it’s gonna be another 10-15 minutes. I checked in 10 minutes later after seeing them helping several other customers, and they told me they forgot to put my pizzas in the oven (just 2 pizzas), so it’ll be another 10 minutes. Keep in mind, I never lashed out or went Karen on the workers. She offered me to pick something else in place of the pizzas, in which she offered wings or crazy puffs lmao. No pizzas offered, no compensation offered, even if you’re nice to them they are not understanding. I got my refund and left. It’s sad because I love Little Caesar’s and always advocate for them. I recommend a new manager because she doesn’t seem competent enough to run the place or train the workers.

On 2/28/25 I ordered a cheeze pizza and after getting dinner from a different place for rest of family. I get home and see that they gave me pepperoni. I went back and there was a long line and felt bad as it is having to go up to the front to let them know what had happened. I asked for a discount and the girl at the front went behind to back and came back said we don’t give discounts. So then I asked well can I keep the wrong pizza as well. I had to drive back from home because of this. She went to the back again and some other girl came back out. However her tone, body language and just her demeanor was postured in such a way already with a I’m not giving in. Didn’t even apologize and said well we don’t give discounts. She told me I can stay with the pizza I had. I explained to her I ordered cheese and I was given the wrong pizza now having to drive back for correct one. I was so frustrated with the lack of empathy and professionalism that I started crying. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my correct pizza I originally ordered. She hands it to me with a smile and says to have a good night. I usually never call people out but it just wasn’t right. I told her you were rude and you don’t talk to people like that or treat them like that. She acted oblivious and responded she was trying to help me. She said she was trying to help me because she had just got there and her employee told her 3 different stories. I told her that wasn’t my problem that it wasn’t relayed accurately. I repeated what she said with the same tone she gave me when she said it. “ we don’t give discounts” she claims she didn’t say it like that. Then goes to tell me she was just matching my energy? I told her that your smiling now but you weren’t then. You didn’t even say sorry? You don’t know what kind of day someone is having. I told her regardless whatever is being reciprocated you don’t treat people like that. She said your entitled to feel how you feel.i told her even customers saw how you were talking to me. I told her talking to people and treating them like that will get you nowhere in life. I will never go back in there again. Horrible service.

Went in on 2/11/2025 and seen how two employees were treating a patron. These young men made it seem as this man was crazy. All he states was he wanted to talk to a manager. Sad to see that man never got his request. Last time I purchased from here. Why do you have young kids treat our older generation like myself this way?
