I wouldn’t recommend this location, all of the other little caesars locations in palmdale are significantly better and consistent with their quality in my opinion. The crust is always burnt on both the pizza and crazy bread. The workers were also just talking in the back while multiple customers were waiting for their food in the front. My order also said it was ready on app and when I got there it wasn’t and I wasn’t given a wait time. Just overall a bad experience, it could of made it worth it if the quality of the pizza was better.

This is the worst little Caesars to exist. The pizza dough is always undercooked, the service is slow and terrible, the inside is dirty. I understand that its 6 dollar pizza and you get what you get. But something has to change here.
The store struggles the most by being understaffed which forces them to push the pizzas out making them fail and have horrible reviews. The supply and demand is too much when there’s an average of 2-3 people working.

Was told to wait 15 mins for a lunch combo at 11:30 in the afternoon I patiently waited to get a raw lunch combo that was inedible it was very chewy and doughy I tried to call and their phone is not taking calls I got a pizza that was burnt on the edges and doughy in the middle absolutely disgusting.

This review is based out of the 3rd time I purchased from here. Today, I ordered 2 deep dish no extras. Literally took 45 min waiting. One of the deep dish was not fully complete. See picture. This is the last time I’m ordering from here.
The second time I ordered a deep dish. Waited similar time and when I opened the box, I noticed they had forgetting to add a topping. Luckily, I was there and I simply asked for it to be put on a cup.
The service attendant was great from beginning to end. The atmosphere is sort of dirty. The floor is dirty. And the hand sanitizer is empty. Windows are not cleaned neither.

I went here this morning to get a pizza for my son since i had work and sometimes it’s hard to have lunch made with our schedules.
45min after they opened and they had a hot and ready pizza, I was so thankful for the fast and friendly service it was clean inside as well .

I’ve come in here before and it’s usually really clean , and then there was today, it was obvious nobody knew how to clean as the employee walks over the trash all over the floor. The service was poor as the employee was more interested in finishing his text before handing me my receipt, all around just poor all the way around from the people in the back talking all loud and laughing to the person in the front texting as the number 1 priority in life will not come back poor service , dirty as hell and lack of customer service.

Waited almost 30 minutes for crazy bread and they weren’t even fully cooked!! The out side looked cooked , cheese wasn’t even melted and clearly the dough wasn’t cooked either. Tried to call to have order replaced and as the usual no answer.

Gave us the wrong pizza, then had to drive back- 15 miles. Only compensated us by giving us a brownie. The pizza we got then only had 8 slices of mushroom on a large. Disappointed and would have rather have just been refunded the money and given the un-touched pizzas back, like we asked. Won’t be returning again.

SMH… all three locations in palmdale need help.. let’s be honest… another customer waiting in line like me for our pick up order said “hot and not ready!” Yall.. read that agin.. he was not wrong. They are all under staffed. So that sucks for the company, and we should be understanding, but they need to make adjustments to their time frames of when pizzas will be ready.. hire more people and pay them a little more to motivate their staff. These are upgraded locations that now look busted and dirty. Give the staff some low key music to keep them pumped or something.. prices went up an arm and a leg, dominos have better prices now.. probably won’t be coming back to any little Caesar’s again.. every time I give it another chance is just as bad or worse.. sorry to the staff that work here without support..
