I have been coming here for many years. Buffet closed down due to Covid. It is now back. Very nice buffet. The food is always delicious. I used to get the lamb vindaloo. Haven’t tried it yet. The buffet had curried lamb. Absolutely delicious. This will be a regular lunch spot for me. The folks are very friendly as usual service is fantastic. Ambiance is casual. Nice decor inside.

My Dad and I always order from this amazing restaurant for take-out but tonight we decided to try dining in!! It was above and beyond our expectations: the atmosphere was warm, friendly, clean and comfortable and the service was amazing and very friendly!!
For dinner we had all of our favorite dishes: palak chaat, garlic naan, buttered chicken, palak paneer, chicken vindaloo and for dessert we had gulab jamun. For a drink I got the classic sweet and refreshing mango lassi!!
All the food and drink was absolutely amazing!! We can always count on a tasty meal at this restaurant, the flavors in every dish were delicious!! Would definitely dine in again!!

I love this place. The lunch buffet is the best Ive had anywhere. They keep everything very fresh and the ingredients are high quality. The proprietor and regular waiter are very kind and the price is very fair. Its got a very neighborhoody feel. Even the decorations and music are really nicely done. I strongly recommend the masala chai. It, like everything else, is delicious.

I haven’t been to Haandi to dine in for a very long time. We’ve done take out and it’s fine. But the experience of eating there was amazing. The food was perfect. The tea was delicious. The quiet atmosphere made it perfect for catching up with family. Can’t wait to go back!!

I was craving some warm, comforting Indian food and decided to give this place a try. I felt uncertain given the 4.2-rating but ultimately am SO glad I came because this spot is amazing. I knew it was going to be good when I walked in and the smell of garlic and curry hit me. The place was quite busy, vibrant and the energy felt good. The hostess and gentlemen that helped with my order were very warm and welcoming. I ordered the butter chicken (I know, basic but I had to…), chicken dish #2, and a mango lassi. The chicken definitely stood out to me. It was delicious, and I could distinguish good quality meat, which I really appreciate! Juicy, tender—it even had a smokey “woody” flavor under the rich sauces. I had left overs and it still tasted great the next day, there was no dreaded gamey taste. The sauces in my dishes were well spiced, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Very deep and rich flavors. I took my food “to-go” and the portions were also super generous. The rice was buttery and light in texture, mango lassi was sweet, thick, and creamy. Not to mention I have celiac disease and I did not have any gluten reaction after eating here. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning to try more dishes. This place deserves a higher rating in my opinion.

Been coming to this Indian restaurant for years. They have by far the best chicken korma than any other Indian restaurant. That being said, they do have a creamier version than the traditional korma (But my favorite). The place a small but cozy. Service is amazing and friendly and can help you find something good if you’re new to Indian cuisine. Their naan is top tier and food is just as high weather it’s your first time or a veteran.

Nice Indian place, I gave 4 stars for the seasoned. It needs a little more flavor for the naan, the samosas are amazing

Let me start by saying that I had the worst day and the worst week… I gave up and decided I wasn’t going to cook and ordered out food. Decided to try this Indian restaurant for the first time and the staff was very kind and recommended some of their best dishes. And the food….changed…..my….life…I could have this everyday for the rest of this week.
My dinner turned my bad day into a good day at 8pm. So if you’re having a bad day and don’t have energy to cook Haandi Indian is where you start making it better.
Ordered the Samundar Ki Begam (red) and Gosht Vindaloo (brown) and garlic naan.

This will most definitely be our go to Indian restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was great! Despite showing up at 6:30 pm on a Monday, the restaurant was spacious yet lively. What a gem of a restaurant!
