Burnt cheese pizza with a raw crazy bread order. This is ridiculous they literally had the pizza sitting on the countertop for a long period of time waiting for the bread to be ready and it wasn’t only my order there were a few. I myself managed a restaurant and i would never deliver cold and raw food to a customer that’s paying to get a hot n ready meal. I ordered online to speed the process and ended up waiting 20mins more for my cold order. This is the first and last time I’ll be going to this location. Needs better management and training.

Oh, Hot-N-Ready, you say? More like Lukewarm and Maybe You’ll Get It Before Your Kids Graduate.

I just want to thank Little Caesars for redefining what “ready” actually means. Apparently, in their world, “ready” means you place your order, stare into the void for 25 to 30 minutes, contemplate your life choices, and maybe, just maybe, walk out with a pizza if the stars align and the oven feels like cooperating.

At this point, I feel like “Hot-N-Ready” is more of a nostalgic fairy tale, like Santa Claus or customer service. It’s a cute story we tell ourselves as we walk in, wide-eyed and hopeful, only to be met with the soul-crushing reality of an empty display case and a cashier who looks like they’ve seen some things. And let’s not pretend this is just a one-off. No matter which Little Caesars I go to, it’s the same scene: a crowd of hangry customers slowly morphing into a support group, bonding over our mutual disappointment and sharing stories of better, faster pizza days.

Don’t get me wrong, when the pizza does eventually show up, it still hits. But the whole “hot and ready” bit? That slogan needs to be retired like an old jersey. Or at least changed to something more honest like “Eventually Warm and Hope You’re Not on a Lunch Break.” So yeah. Come to Little Caesars if you love their food, don’t mind waiting longer than it takes to binge-watch a whole episode of The Office, and enjoy standing awkwardly in a corner like you’re waiting for a slow Uber Eats driver.

Bravo, Little Caesars. You’ve made “ready” a feeling we chase, not a guarantee.

This Little Caesars is part of a large chain by the same name. If you want expensive artesian pizza this is not the place for you. However, if you are on a budget and want a great pizza for little cost, this place is great.

The service is lovely. You can call in to get your pizza ready for you when you get there or you can just go. For the price it is super and so much better than other budget type pizza places.

The food is always hot and they have some nice sides.

Parking is free and easy in their lot. Always look for specials, they often have them.

This pizza we took home to Los Angeles, tossed it in the oven at 350 for 7 minutes and it was as new. Don’t use the microwave, it will make it too soft.

Have a great time.

This place is completely disrespectful and the staff is extremely rude. It’s not just a one-time issue—it’s an ongoing problem at this location, and I’ve noticed it’s happening at other Little Caesars as well. The service is unprofessional, the employees act like they don’t care about the customers, and the management does nothing to fix it. The district management is just as bad—they clearly don’t hold anyone accountable or address customer concerns. It feels like they simply don’t care about providing decent service or improving the customer experience. And to make matters worse, the pizza is never truly “Hot and Ready.” Every time, it takes well over an hour to receive our food, which completely defeats the purpose of their slogan. If Little Caesars can’t even deliver on their main promise, what’s the point?
When I spend my money, I expect at least a basic level of respect and reasonable service, but instead I’m met with attitude, long wait times, and cold food. If Little Caesars can’t train their staff properly or improve management, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

Brandon and crew just nailed it in speed of food and taste was very good. Brandon is so friendly behind counter and went above and beyond the call of duties giving me the best price and deals. Ty Little caesars. Great Job.

This is for real a “well done deep dish pizza” and crazy bread combo. I ate a slice before looking into the bread bag but how is that an 8 piece of bread? Where is the sauce? How is the pizza not cooked all the way much less “well done”? Absolute BS.

Waited more than 15 minutes to get a fresh made pizza only for it to be super thin,, cut wrong and falling apart. The breadsticks were smushed in the bag all thin falling apart. Worst experience with this location.

Ruined my fiancé and I’s valentine’s day lunch. The dough was raw and had too much yeast in the dough. i asked for extra sauce and the center of my pizza was missing everything. it was paper thin in the center. i asked for them to remake it and both my pizzas were undercooked and frankly sad. extremely disappointed even for the cheap price. it wasn’t even cut properly and was tearing at the pizza and it was shredding like it was raw dough. just so bad. you can see how thin and horribly cut the pizza was in the picture attached.

I am absolutely appauled at this point!! First it was uncooked dough, too much yeast in yhe dough and then it was hour and 40 minute wait times for a single Hot n Ready and now THIS?!?!?! Whosever hair this belongs to, please think of the children! Pizza and burgers are the 2 most wanted meals for kids. AND THIS THICK BLACK HAIR HAS JUST RUINED OUR FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT!!!!!! Im not gonna say it was a hair of indecent origin but it was thick and black like horse hair. My daughter was horrified and digusted when she saw this hair on my pizza. Please for the love of Christ, if your employees have hair, tell em to wear hair nets or for the best if they have beards, to shave them off!!!! Its very unpleasant to go through stuff like this. Ill be very likely to never come here ever again!!
The proof is in the pic attached
