I just want to thank Little Caesars for redefining what “ready” actually means. Apparently, in their world, “ready” means you place your order, stare into the void for 25 to 30 minutes, contemplate your life choices, and maybe, just maybe, walk out with a pizza if the stars align and the oven feels like cooperating.
At this point, I feel like “Hot-N-Ready” is more of a nostalgic fairy tale, like Santa Claus or customer service. It’s a cute story we tell ourselves as we walk in, wide-eyed and hopeful, only to be met with the soul-crushing reality of an empty display case and a cashier who looks like they’ve seen some things. And let’s not pretend this is just a one-off. No matter which Little Caesars I go to, it’s the same scene: a crowd of hangry customers slowly morphing into a support group, bonding over our mutual disappointment and sharing stories of better, faster pizza days.
Don’t get me wrong, when the pizza does eventually show up, it still hits. But the whole “hot and ready” bit? That slogan needs to be retired like an old jersey. Or at least changed to something more honest like “Eventually Warm and Hope You’re Not on a Lunch Break.” So yeah. Come to Little Caesars if you love their food, don’t mind waiting longer than it takes to binge-watch a whole episode of The Office, and enjoy standing awkwardly in a corner like you’re waiting for a slow Uber Eats driver.
Bravo, Little Caesars. You’ve made “ready” a feeling we chase, not a guarantee.
The service is lovely. You can call in to get your pizza ready for you when you get there or you can just go. For the price it is super and so much better than other budget type pizza places.
The food is always hot and they have some nice sides.
Parking is free and easy in their lot. Always look for specials, they often have them.
This pizza we took home to Los Angeles, tossed it in the oven at 350 for 7 minutes and it was as new. Don’t use the microwave, it will make it too soft.
Have a great time.
When I spend my money, I expect at least a basic level of respect and reasonable service, but instead I’m met with attitude, long wait times, and cold food. If Little Caesars can’t train their staff properly or improve management, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
