Manager is horrible at their service every time she’s there I get a crappy order I’ve noticed. I’ve had everything that can go wrong go wrong with this specific location and it’s outrageous because the whole layout is so simple that elementary class can do better.. it’s so annoying to have to waste my time to get my order right and i would think that they would start making it when i tell them what’s wrong with the order on the phone but they just receive it and then proceed to make another one which could take at least 15-25 min. How can these people serve something so burnt looking and does it require that much muscle to CUT a pizza properly.. on another occasion they added no marinara whatsoever such a dry disgusting pizza and before that it was the opposite with absolutely no cheese like I highly recommend to check out the order before driving away.. Definitely needs better management to address the incompetent workers because it’s such a joke.

Yeah I walked in and ordered two pizzas, they told me it was going to be a twenty minute wait. As I am waiting I am seeing people order pizzas and they were giving them away. They weren’t pick up orders and they weren’t phone ins, when I asked if they had two pizzas ready they told me to wait twenty minutes. You can tell why I gave a 1 star. I am sure I didn’t order bread with a little bit of stuff on it. Also it was super hard not even a soft crust. Check your pizza! I didn’t because it was raining and I just wanted to get home. When you break the pieces up its like 3 bites of actual pizza. Also when I got there all the employees were just fooling around 2 were there just staring at me didn’t even greet me at all until someone else came to the front and took my order. Also I have to call twice to place it because they answered and hung up on me before I could even speak. I’ve never had this problem with the other little Caesars so I was too trusting. Never coming back to this location again.

I have known Little Caesars and actually the founding Family for many years. Fine people for sure. My first time with the XL Deep Dish and it was great. But the Lobby was packed with people and they clearly need more staff. I know it was a Friday night, but I think the Local Franchise operator should plan accordingly. The original pizza that I ordered was not quite like it used to be. My order was online and prepaid but would not fit into the Portal. So I had to wait 20+ minutes just to get my order that had been ready for a while. So I will just stay away from any order from Friday through Sunday night.

Ordered a three meat treat, classic pepperoni, and pepperoni with pineapple. Damn lady gave me a pepperoni, and 2 more pepperonis with chedder cheese or whatever you call it, and the three meat treat. Didnt even get one of the pizzas correct. When I got to the store to pick up, i still had to wait a while because they werent ready. I ordered it 30 minutes ago. On the phone they said I had to wait 15-30 minutes. The cashier Giovanni S. does not know how to do her job.
