I hope the girl behind the counter gets the help she needs. Help both mentally and physically. I made eye contact with the girl working behind the counter as soon as. I walked in through the door. I stood by the front register area. A couple of minutes passed by as she continued to work and ignore me. No smile or hi or I’ll be with you in a moment. Customer service is pure trash nowadays. “Fake it till you make it” has been laid to rest. I finally got my order after about 8 minutes passed and a delivery driver came back and helped me. Never going back to this location again.

1st On the tracker they have it saying Brandon was making my pizza. Come to find out nope he is days, I spent 43$ to get 2 pizzas extremely under cook. I call the store to speak with ” Brandon “, but I spoke with the Manager that was there he asked if I want all my money back or some of it….. really!!! I told him all yes all my money I didn’t want to spend 43$ on 8 wings. It’s funny that they are sending someone to pick up the pizza. I did take pictures of the hot mess that they call pizza just incase I have to call corporate.

Tried ordering pizza online. Says they’re open but my order couldn’t be taken. But let’s top it off by charging me still and taking almost $250 off my card. Didn’t get my pizza just money taken out. Thanks dominos !

The place is small and a bit tucked in, but it doesn’t make it any less cool to visit. The people there are nice when they need to be (around the sensitive customers) and very vocal and funny around Omahans! My only complaint is that their prices are much higher than fast food or other pizza places. ~$16 for a pizza is a bit up there, but once in awhile it is worth it!
Edit: location close 2 hours early for no reason and without warning, canceling my already paid for online order 3 minutes before I arrived. If that isn’t aggravating, I don’t know what is. I just needed 2 pizzas

The service suck they move to slow i place my order online and It said it was ready and when i got to the store i had to wait another 45min wait next time i will order from pizza hut instead. They at lease have my pizza hot and fresh not like u guys

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered pizza at 6:15- for delivery. Said it would be delivered between 7-7:10. At 7:20 I called the restaurant was on hold for 10 minutes. Called back at 7:30- they said my pizzas should be delivered in 10-15 minutes. Almost 1.5 hours later still have not received my food. This is absolutely ridiculous. I called at 7:50 and have been on hold since. TERRIBLE.

Had Jose drop some of the best service I have ever seen. Genuinely one of the kindest and most hard working employee I’ve met in years.
I honestly didn’t think there was much more than “Hey I got a pick up for x”, they hand you the pizza, and then you’re out of there, but wowwww, Jose definitely went above and beyond all the way from making you an awesome pizza, to the ability to have you leaving with a big smile on your face.
I haven’t left a review on anywhere in years but Jose truly went above and beyond and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
Awesome food, awesome employee, definitely recommend coming by and trying some pizza out especially with theconstant deals they got going on. Have never been let down by this location ❤️

Didn’t Even know I ordered a secret menu item from dominos but the service was amazing and the delivery driver was so nice and they even added an extra bonus item this is why Domino’s will be always my preferred Pizza place
