Walked in, the store was clean and organized, fully stocked. Asked for a ICB with pepperoni. Got crazy bread and wanted extra butter and parm he said it was an up charge of $3. I said never mind. It only took about 10 minutes to make our food which was amazing. The food tasted delicious. However I am a shift leader at a little Caesar’s in another city and this store has the worst customer service!! The man and the lady were very rude!! I would say order online to avoid the interaction with them!! They need to get it together.

This little Ceasars seems to be like a fake little Ceasars they charge more for their products then other little Ceasars in bigger citys, the employees seem to not know whats going on… I rather travel 30 min to Moorparks little Ceasars when possible

The place might look small but they get my pizza ready quicker than dominos to be very honest, last time I ordered from there, they told me to wait around 30-40 minutes ( the app ) and in little ceasers they got it quicker than ever, even I was suprised due to the fact that they had other orders to do. I would recommend to come here, also before I finish, I would like to say so proud that the employee’s are so nice and helpful, one time I ordered online and went to pick it up but I didn’t know what to do, so I asked them what I should do to pick up my pizza and they told me to insert the 3 digits I got and they said it so nicely like if they meant it, either way as I was saying, as I insert the 3 digits I got my pizza. I honestly don’t know why people judge this place so much.

I usually go to get bread Sticks with extra butter and cheese And it’s usually pretty good, but today I went and the man. Taking my order told me. I would need to be charged an extra dollar for the extra butter and cheese when they have never charged me that before.
So I told him. Forget it, it’s okay, I’ll just take it the way It is and I told him how expensive it was to have gotten extra butter and cheese. It would have been $6. And I can tell he was so irritated with me and he turns around and tells me to remember. Everything is expensive which clearly I know they went up in price but $6 for extra butter and cheese is just ridiculous. Just for some bread sticks without the sauce. so I get my bread sticks and when I get home. They are so burnt and hard. I did not enjoy them at all. I had my year and a 1/2-year-old son who was hungry and he couldn’t eat didn’t eat the damn bread sticks.They were so burnt I didn’t even want to go back. At least Not while that man was working. He wasn’t mean but the same time kind of rude.

Worst Caesar’s ever ! Not same quality as other locations ! They cheap out on sauce/cheese/toppings and charge more than other locations. Over cook their crazy bread(rock solid) very dry almost no butter or cheese and customer service is the worst Hispanic older guy with glasses is extremely rude.Run as fast as you can any other pizza place in Fillmore is better than this place even frozen !

Man!!!!! Many negative reviews. I’ve havent had any bad experiences here “Yet” but never say never. They never have any classic Hot and Ready! Why? To charge you more for the “bestest” one which are mostly ready all the time! And since they know we go there for hot and ready no wait pizza we will get whats ready even if we have to pay more. They also do not offer any crushed red peppers? Never going there again!
