I had a great experience at Little Caesars today! Theodore at the front was so friendly and welcoming he greeted both my daughter and me with a big smile and made the pickup super easy. It’s always nice when customer service stands out, and he definitely made our visit better. The pizzas were hot and fresh, and we left happy. Thank you, Theodore!

Slowly this location has bit the dust in terms of food quality and service. I have continued to go to this location for a year now and will now switch, just so I can have better consistency with my pizza.
I grew up in Michigan surrounded by Little Caesars pizza so I love the company and taste. This location however has continued to mess up called in orders, overcharged five dollars on pizza, and consistently produce terrible breadsticks.
I am not saying Little Caesars is the most gourmet pizza out there, but burnt breadsticks with no butter and very little cheese is definitely not what Mike Ilitch, the founder of LC, had imagined or produced when he started his own LC.
I hope more people stop going here because I know I am. I gave them multiple chances to get right and they just continue to disappoint.

I don’t get it. Do all Little Caesars Pizza joints, I mean establishments, serve pretty lousy pizza? The deluxe pizza I had was one notch above 1970’s school cafeteria pizza. For you folks not in school in the ’70’s, the cafeteria pizza was cheap, disgusting, and nearly inedible. The only staff I interacted with was the cashier, and he was kind and accommodating. The other workers seemed cheery. This place was take-out only, no dine-in, so the ‘atmosphere’ was bottom-basement ‘get the heck out-no customer of ours is going to eat our food in our restaurant.’ Service was quick. Parking is free and readily available.
