Just ordered a pizza for Carry out. I watch the young kid throw the pizza boxes around after he cut them. I watched him to this to about ten pizzas. Yes, I seen the topping all slide off the pizza. Needless to say, I get my pizza and this kid can’t even cut the pizza correctly, you cut more than just the cheese layer, you need to cut the pizza all the way through. So no me and my family are pulling pieces of the pieces because the pizza crust was never cut. Do better!

I was hoping it was a one-off that they can’t handle busy days. However, I’ve now been proven three times on a weekend. They cannot handle orders. Yes, today is the super bowl, however, I ordered in the app several days ago giving advance notice scheduled to pick my order up at 3:00. Again, they’re an hour late and one of my pizzas is screwed up. Not to mention all of their deep dish pizzas are currently come out burnt. The excuse given is they’re organizing your pizzas which then turned into my one specialty pizza being cold as it set for 20 minutes as I watched on their metal sorting table. I’m only giving two stars because it’s unfortunate that a corporation would have teenagers running a business on such a busy day. It is not their fault. They are poorly trained on how to handle not only their ordering system which is completely incorrect but the customers inside the store.

I don’t know what the issue is with this location. The online system seems to have no idea what’s happening in the store. You order online and it says your order will be ready in 30 min. You show up and the people working are always like yeah your order won’t be ready for an hour from when it originally stated it would be ready. The people working are nice enough, something is just terribly wrong the operating system. The ” manger “ never seems to work in the evening and the people working can never fix anything until the next day when the manager is working. Anyway never ordering from this location ever again. Place is completely unreliable. I had to go to McDonalds to get food for my kids party so they had something to eat because the pizza was not even close to being ready on time.

We ordered our pizza online at 7:40 PM. It is now 8:20 PM 40 minutes later and we are still waiting. We are the only ones here waiting for pizza. The rude kid working the front counter barely acknowledged us and disappeared into the back. This is ridiculous.

Customer service was very low quality. I was ignored at first and then the woman working there was very unfriendly and unpleasant to talk to. One of my garlic butters was already opened and leaked in the car. I paid $6 for extra toppings, there was only 3 mushrooms on a large pizza and the only 8 pieces of sausage were all on the same half of the pizza. Also, 3 onions were found on the pizza and those weren’t even supposed to be on it. Zero stars.

Had called to order some pizza and the guy there said they don’t have any hot and readys available and that it’s going to take 20+ minutes. I asked for a little discount for the inconvenience for the pizza not being “hot and ready”. He said no, he wouldn’t be able to. I work in customers service so I know how it is. A little discount wouldn’t have hurt. If anything you’ll be making the customer happy and wanting to come back to the same establishment. Anyways, I walked in and had talked to one of the guys there and told him that I was the one that called in for the pizzas. First of all, I wasn’t greeted either. There were two guys working and they looked miserable which is understandable. So the guy that helped me, his name was Steve. I had asked again if it was possible for a discount. And he said no, there’s no way he can give me one. I said that’s ok, asked for the receipt and called corporate. I’m not really one to call corporate but he just didn’t seem to care about taking care of his customers. And that’s a big thing if you’re in customer service. Customer service can be taught up to a certain degree.. you just got to have it in you.

We go yesterday Friday October 4th around 5 pm and we buy one hot and ready and one deep deep dish pizza and this one have raw dough so disgusting and disappointing cause they said it will be 15-20 minutes wait for the pizzas but it take them 40-50 minutes to have them ready but Not well done

Worst Little Caesers of all time. No joke! I ordered my pizza and drove over to pick it up. The store was not open and I waited there for 20 minutes and nobody was there. It says open at 11 on their little sign but no employees. It was ridiculous!
