I was SO disappointed.. We LOVE chipotle and typically go inside to order but the other we were tired after a long day and ordered to go through the chipotle app at this location. My daughter’s bowl had truly 5 pieces of chicken, and the amount of food in our bowls were truly unacceptable. I truly feel that they don’t care about their to go costumers.. I am writing a review now because I tried to call the store with no luck, and then tried to get help through the app while also having no luck. I know I will not be giving this location any more of my families business. You can see my food next to my husband’s who got double steak, his was just fine. The complaint is mine and my daughters. This is unacceptable.

This Chipotle consistently sucks. The past 4 times I’ve ordered food from this location something has been messed up. Portions are tiny, order is incorrect, and items are missing. The people who work there don’t have customer service skills and it shows. Go down the road a mile, and you might find some better quality Chipotle.

We ordered an online special where you could get meat, rice, beans (no option for veggies- very very disappointed) 3 salsas, cheese, lettuce, queso, and chips. We ordered extra shells and extra meat for our party of 7. The website was horrible and we ended up entering the order 5 times! Having an account didn’t seem to matter. Our order was delivered to the wrong address. There is no good way to contact the store to discuss this. We tried to talk to the driver but he wasn’t able to tell us where it was delivered. We used the “delivery” option on the website so also not sure what delivery service they used. We ended up reordered the same thing and getting it delivered correctly. In this whole process my card was charged four times. Two of those chargers were removed. I called the 1-800 number this am as advised by the Internet and the person said they were unable to refund my purchase. They said I entered an incorrect address. That may be possible after multiple attempts with the website. However, we did not receive the product. He was unwilling to even listen to me about the conversation I had with the driver.
I will never be ordering from this location again. I had to go so far as to call my bank to dispute charges. The total was over $100 (for 7 people I understand that’s not crazy) however, over 200 for product we did not receive is.

3 strikes. First couple times at this location were great because it was new. Now, when ordering on the app for pickup, my food is CONSISTENTLY stale and cold or they don’t put any meat in my order OR, they get the sides wrong. Pretty much done with this one after yesterday.
RESPONSE to “Michael” the “owner”: Maybe instead of pretending to care by responding with a copy/paste link to 95% of the reviewers telling you that your staff is getting it wrong and are just plain terrible, giving some people a free drink because you somehow think that will remedy the situation, you should retrain your staff, fire those that won’t do their job, demand they are welcoming as is policy, that they clean the place up more than twice a shift, provide FRESH food to your paying customers, DO NOT make online orders 2 hrs before they are scheduled to be picked up, and actually work… you would save on your free drink vouchers. Incompetence starts at the top level. After reading all of these reviews for the span of 2 years, it’s quite clear that you have no plan to fix what’s broken- ie. Your restaurant and your staff. Disgusting. I already filled out the online survey and am finished with wasting my time on the matter. Chipotle used to be great. Your location is no where near decent.

This Chipotle is honestly one of the worst I’ve been to. The orders are wrong almost every single time, the place is dirty, and the workers have zero customer service. The food is often stale or made carelessly, and it feels like no one there cares about quality or customers. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it keeps getting worse. Definitely not worth it.

What a mess…def not worth a visit. Went at 6:30 and asked for Carne Asada, first team member told me it would be a bit but they would make more…the other guy “whispered” to him to just tell me they were out…clearly no one wanted to make more. I was disappointed but moved on to a different meat choice. They didnt want to provide much assistance to me after that and placed a tiny bite of the next meat…I literally canceled my order but paid for the first two meals they made…only to have them forget the drinks from my kids meals. What a mess. Wont go back thats for sure. The service was horrible and the food was well…not worth the visit

Me and my cousin got 2 bowls from here yesterday and we were disappointed. He got a steak bowl with lettuce as one of the toppings and there was a bug in the lettuce. I also got a steak bowl and noticed a black strand of hair in the bowl and neither of our hair is anywhere close to black. When he brought his bowl to their attention they had a attitude so i didnt even bother to bring mine to their attention. Extremely extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.
