They apparently don’t know how to read or understand how to take orders. I ordered the stuffed CRAZY crust pizza and this was not it. Someone else went and picked up my order for me, and when I called to say they made a mistake, coincidentally, the “manager” was on the phone with me and said that I can bring the pizza back and they can make me a new one. Umm no, you want me to go back and waste more of my gas to fix YOUR guys’ MISTAKES!? How about read what the customers are placing to order. Very disappointed. The Little Caesars in Grand Terrace messed up on a similar order like this and they accommodated me way better. Don’t go here

This place is wild. Save your time and order somewhere else. No portal usage, no updates on your pizza via the app(It stays in the oven for over an hour lol). They give out your order by “accident” and on some occasions you will be waiting up to an hour or more for your food. Oh and if you ever do get your food….apparently sometimes it won’t be fully cooked & they will seriously ask if you want to wait for another one or a refund This is supposedly the pretzel pizza & a pepperoni lol.

this place sucks. It’s always packed. They mess up on your order. And for whatever reason when you order through the app you would think they would place it in the pizza portal bc the app still gives you the code for said portal. But no, you gotta go through the cashier person to get your order. & the parking is terrible.

I hate coming to this location. They don’t take bills over $20 even if your total is like $45 they ask you to go next door to get change so you have to buy something you don’t need to get change. There is another pizza spot up the street way better pizza and price.

This location seems to not know how to do toppings correctly. At the location I only noticed the meat pizza being so ridiculous and they couldn’t offer me anything other than making it over again which would leave everyone waiting for their pizza.

Ordered twice from here and both times, the pizza was wrong. The first one was undercooked and doughy, and the second one was thrown together. We won’t be ordering from here again.
Update: my husband ordered from here thinking his experience was going to be different. My pizza was still doughy and the undercooked ham made the pizza salty.
