Please, let this location close or get new management. Every. Single. Time. Something has to go wrong at this location in particular. Today was the last straw, they were all out of shredded cheese and had to use their stuffed crust cheese in place. Would’ve been nice if they had been notifying customers that this issue was present. However, even when I arrive to pick up my pizza, not a single word of this issue is mentioned. Not until I get home and see this abysmal excuse for a pizza. The effort at this location always sets the bar low and somehow it keeps getting lower. Never again.

This is hands down the worst Little Caesars location in California. I waited two entire hours for ONE pizza — and when I finally got it, it was completely burnt. Absolutely ridiculous.
The workers here are incredibly disrespectful and clearly don’t care about customers at all. The store itself is disgusting — there were dead roaches along the walls, which tells you everything you need to know about the cleanliness and management of this place.
Don’t even bother reporting issues to corporate because nothing ever changes. The manager is extremely unprofessional, constantly on her phone, and refuses to handle customer complaints or do her job properly.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go literally anywhere else. This place should honestly be shut down.

I ordered from this little Cesar’s Yucaipa Blvd 06/16/25. I’m a nurse and just got off a double shift and received my pizza and bread burnt and hard I couldn’t even chew it. I called Ashley the Manager and told her what had happened and was not helpful at all and used the excuse that I didn’t pay for my pizza and the only way she would remake it if I would pay for my pizza!! I had my husband pick it up for me and unfortunately he didn’t get the receipt that was a mistake because she didn’t want to believe me. The fact that she had the audacity to call me a liar and that she would only remake it if I paid for it. I told My husband paid for it and if he didn’t why didn’t she just call the police. I told her to look at the cameras and she said she didn’t have access to the cameras. I call a liar but whatever mad customer service Don’t order from here. I should say that I have had no other issues in the past and when they have had made a mistake in the past they fixed it immediately. This Management with Ashley is no good for business.

Ordered online and watched my food get stolen from a doordash driver on the website. Called into the resteraunt to confirm thats what happened and ROSE or some other female with a similar name, I couldnt tell through the stammered speach. She hung up on me the second I stated I placed an order online and didnt let anything else happen. Ive waited now an additional hour on top of the hour it already took since it was a delivery order. Ive been eating at this location for literally my entire life and never been treated this shitty.

I was trying on 1/18/2026, to get their special that was one day only, Sunday Special on the Webb site in Yucaipa, Ca, it was $4.99 ea, 1 topping for 2, put my order in and the check out with the code putted in, oops, you have the wrong pizza selected, try again,it was for a Custom Round Pepperoni and Custom Sausage pizza, tried 7 times, everytime no, oops!! did it wrong, local Caesars said there is nothing we can do it Honor those prices, so I left mad, so instead, the $5.99 prices went thru, surprise, surprise, the girl said to me, oh the deal worked, I said yah, the $5.99, for you maybe but I had to pay $2.00 more plus more tax, Not good cutomer Service at all!!

If you order pizza here make sure you order it at least an hour in advance. The staff is nice, however they are severely understaffed ALWAYS.

Pizza undercooked, dough was still raw in the center of the pizza. Completely understaffed. They had 2 people working and 14 people waiting. Either needed to call in other workers to help or stop taking online orders. Waited over an hour after the time it suppose to be ready. Definitely not worth the waiting time to save a little money. Will not be returning

We came in tonight at 6:30pm to get a couple pizzas. There were 6 other people waiting. We were there for approximately 15 minutes and not one time did anyone acknowledge any of the customers waiting to order. One girl came up and gave a doordasher his order and ignored the rest of the lobby. We ended up leaving and so did 2 other customers. I understand it being a busy night but ignoring the lobby is very rude. This was the last time we will be going there.

I get it’s Friday, but this is excessive. The kid handling the little pizza puffs is using his bare hands to put in the box. I ordered two pizzas and one was done when I arrived, the other “will be out soon”. I’m standing here 25min already and the pizza that’s done is just sitting on the counter. What’s the point of those warming ovens if not to at least put your food in there while it’s waiting? Other people here are waiting just as long as I am.
Update. I guess I got my meal pushed until tomorrow? The receipt says tomorrow. It’s like it’s being held up in the mail? Did they send some of it to the wrong establishment?

Well I didn’t even get to order. Me and a friend went in, there were maybe 7 people waiting for orders. They kept calling out names after 15 min we finally had to speak up and say “hey we would like to order” the guy gave us a glare and a “wait” finger, no words as he walked to the back. Already pissed, we waited another 10. Said again “dude, can we order?” Glared at us when he walked into the back… Yeah not going back here, the cheap prices aren’t worth the crappy service.
