I haven’t eaten at Little Caesars Pizza for over 25 years. It wasn’t what I thought it would be… The online ordering was easy, the pizza was ready for pickup when promised, and the pizza was nice and hot! BUT, the cheese pizza was blah, a bit over cooked, very little sauce, not real tasty. The veggie pizza wasn’t much better. We ordered both deep dish and regular crusts, the veggies were minimal esp on the deep dish, again very little sauce on this one too, and overall, not real tasty. We ordered these pizzas for the plumbing crew working on my moms house and believe it or not, these pics show the leftovers of three pizzas, so it wasn’t just me, they didn’t seem to be thrilled with the pizza either. I don’t plan on buying Little Caesars again, sorry guys, but if I’m going to eat junk food it needs to be delicious!!

Staff is very polite. I think they need to have a little better management. More hands on, & not just attending to anything except what’s necessary. They should know their shift, busy times etc. It’s not for the staff to have to call out for direction.. just a thought

The pizza was warm at best. The service was terrible, it took 30 minutes beyond the time it was supposed to be done for us to get our pizza. So, all in all it took over an hour to get one pizza. The pizza was a cheese stuffed crust and when we got the pizza the cheese in the crust was already solidified. It also had pepperoni with a cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce and If they put mozzarella cheese on the top it can’t have been more than a quarter of a cup on a large pizza. They also got the order wrong. They weren’t going to give me the brownies I paid for and my husband had to take my phone in to prove that I paid for them. Then it cost almost four dollars for inch and a half square brownies (4) and they are not very good. To say that I am disappointed, doesn’t even come close. I have been craving a pizza for over a week and then this happens.

Clearly missing the management priorities. But, staff notibly not one under 40yrs this night, absolutely the BEST PIZZA I’ve EVER had out of any pizzapizza. PERIOD. Kudos! No doubt in hurt of management (like ordering proper materials) yet they handled in quality and semi professionally. Thanks to you staff.

So….ya….manager is in there yelling behind the counter about her personal relationship and threatening to clock out bc she can’t take anymore and no one understands how upset she is, she is going crazy. All the other employees keeping their heads down and working while she seriously is ranting and raving at the top of her voice while people, like me, are waiting to get their pizza…. like today like 710ish pm she is out of her mind.

Got the crazy bread combo,ordered online gave 45 mins to pick up,I was 25mins early and my pizza was already done,the girl upfront was so rude and unprofessional,she looked very irritated,when arrived home my cheese pizza looked,old,not appetizing at all looks like it was sitting for a long time,the crazy bread was so soggy and gross,will be taking business else where,I get it it’s $6 a pizza but atleast do it correctly

No stars but it won’t let me. I’ve never seen it so bad there. Ordered online, but then had to wait another 45 minutes. Some people were there over a hour! Five gave up and asked for refunds. And when I finally got my order (stuffed cheese crust) this is what I got (picture). And when I questioned it, I got told “yeah they look like that sometimes”. Say what ?!?! They had better get their act together…..
