Quoted 30-35 minutes for an order….it’s been an hour now yet somehow for the last 15 minutes my order has “been in the oven and will be the next out” while 4 others have received their order. Then when it came out, they didn’t even have any of the crazy sauce in containers ready to go and I had to wait on somebody in the back to make up those. Take your money to dominos down the street instead. Better service with much quicker wait times.

Outstanding customer service!! I get off work late so i made it to the restaurant right as they were closing. The young lady at the register took my order anyways, proceeded to make my pizza herself, and then brought it out to me at my car!! THANK YOU LIL CAESARS!! YOU’RE THE BEST!!

I pre ordered an hour in advance- never had problems or complaints here before. I arrived about 10-15 min early because usually it’s ready right on time if not before. Waited about 10-15 past the pick up time today though and I pre ordered a custom made for olives, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, jalapeño and green peppers with extra cheese AND there’s barely any toppings besides the green ones, which look like they were thrown on top after microwaved because they are not melted into the pizza like you would normally see. The toppings were still real hard which is now understandable because the dough is not cooked thoroughly. There’s barely any sauce for flavor, I expected better with it costing $20! I’ve ordered this before and it was perfect and delicious. I do not know what happened here and I normally do not complain or leave reviews but this is definitely a time it’s necessary. I won’t be returning to this location anymore based on this experience. (If your going to do a job or task do it right otherwise what is the point in wasting everyone’s time.)

I ordered online, I figured while I drive there by the time I arrive it should be ready. Well it wasn’t, I was waiting Inside for the notification about my order but it never arrived, crime is awaiting, the city needs me but i was hungry. I was there for a while!! I asked the girl at the counter and it turns out they had it there all the time they just didn’t put it in the “pick up ovens” so that’s why the order didn’t update in the app. It killed the whole point of ordering online for “faster service”. My pizza was late, and so was I to fight crime.

We made our order online to pick up in the store but when I got there our orders were gone! They said someone stole our orders, which makes so sense because you need a code for the portal. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake the order which is ridiculous! Never going back to this store again.
