I honestly felt bad for the associate that was working that night. She was by herself, no other associate scheduled. She was dealing with the dinner rush alone which is commendable. However, the customers that came in were rude and angry that their orders were not filled on time. The associate did her best and customers can’t seem to be compassionate or even sympathetic. I understand the culture of wanting what you paid for now, but be a little understanding when people are by themselves.

Wow! The service today at this Little Caesar’s location was above and beyond the best human interaction I have ever had. As soon as I entered the door I was greeted by a friendly voice behind the counter. The atmosphere was smooth and very clean establishment. I was then addressed when it was my turn at the counter by the associate “Stewart”. They were gfriendly and helpful with meal suggestions. Very knowledgeable of the menu items. Also Stewart was helpful to suggest downloading the app for further online deals. Someone give them a raise and employee of the year. I think all customer service should be this molded to be this awesome. Really helped make my purchase this evening so much easier with pleasant service. Thank you Little Caesar’s for hiring Stewart. Thank you Stewart for your friendly customer care today. And by the way- my food was hot, fresh and delicious!! Great job guys!!

Went in tried to order the 2 large classics for their 10.99 as it says on their website. The lady informed me that’s online only. No where on their site does it say that. It’s your store how do you not honor pricing.

Wetn today for a quick pizza im incapacitated but i drive geting in n out t car takes time so i ussually take my grandkids n they get down n pay this time they say i needed to go n signt i say why? They say is their norms,i was like why i hell? Isnt thats what t pin is for?. So i say no, just cancel n drove off to pick up my girls from school. When i get there i cheked my bank n they did charge me twice, i asked my grandkid what happened exactly n he said they told him it didnt go thru t first time so they did it twice. N thats why i had a double charge n no food. So be carefull at this store check your bank if pay by card.

While I dont particularly care for this store the cashier was super sweet when I got my order. I placed an online order & their pick up boxes were out of service which she apologized for. I waited 40 minutes for my food (pepperoni puffs & a crazy bread). The others in the back had no sense of urgency and were mostly talking to one another about personal stuff.

It’s one of those days where you just need an easy grab it and go dinner so I just went in Too little Caesars because I remember the excellent customer service I had on my last visit. To my pleasant surprise, Danielle was there to greet me with a smile again. She is so friendly, she was patient while exciting l explaining the new name for the extra most bestest . Going into the store has been a positive experience both times so I don’t believe that they have a fair rating. I know people can get a little cranky when they’re hungry or maybe there “hot and ready” wasn’t ready. I funny believe for one moment it’s based on the customer service or the food that I’ve gotten here because both are top notch. Thank you Danielle again for a very positive experience. Every guest that I saw you interact with seemed to very much enjoy themselves asking questions and trying l testing your knowledge of the menu. It was impressive to say the least and you can tell you keep up on what’s new.. thanks second time!! My first time I did a review pre food, this time is post, very delicious l!
I am literally using talk to text as I drive away from this Little Caesars. My service was so exceptional that I didn’t even want to wait until I returned home to write this review. I was helped by a woman named Danielle, she not only helped me in the store she actually answered a phone call prior to my arriving. She was so friendly on the phone, I knew I would have a a good experience I even walked into the location. And when I got to the store her customer service skills were out of this world. The guests before me was not super friendly but Danielle handled it like a champ. I definitely will be returning to this particular store. I am new to the area, I always try to support places that know how to hire people with good personalities. Thanks again Danielle you are a single-handedly the reason I will be coming back to this store.. Yes,I have not eaten yet, yes I am aware that I maybe should have waited. I’m guessing with how good the food smells along I with how all team members seem to be happy working there, I’m I’m feeling quite confident that I’m not going to be disappointed.

A go to for quick pizza on nights we don’t want to cook because of the heat out here in High Desert. We usually request a fresh pizza so we ordered the new Thin Crust Pepperoni. (I asked about the Hot and Ready options but the pizzas did not look fresh.) Pizza was good. Would order again.
