At 4:00 pm I’m told my order is due to be ready at 4:10pm because that’s the rotation of orders online.

I ordered online, saving the lady at the counter time and now I get my order an hour later!?!
I tell the young man that makes zero sense! He just says that’s the way it is.

Tried to place an online order for a group event at the high school locally and then after the order was completed, realized it would not be completed in time so then I called the restaurant. Explain the situation they weren’t open yet and hadn’t started the order so I just requested to cancel since they could not do it in time once I requested to cancel. I got nothing but rude comments I was placed on hold for times each time the person came back. They were rude with a statement when I asked who I was speaking to the girl refused when I asked for the corporate number I was placed on hold and then somebody by the name of Lisa, who claimed to be the manager gave me the corporate number and she was rude as well so moving forward since I do a lot for the schools up here and group events, I will not be recommending little Caesars at all for any of these functions to use. I placed a formal complaint through the website and I called corporate. I was told I would get a phone call back and never received one so clearly this owner in Apple Valley does not care about the school supporting anything in the community let alone they’re just regular customers. It is a loss on their behalf because like I said I do a lot for schools and I will continue to, but I will not continue to use little Caesars ever again thanks to Lisa the manager at Little Caesars and the fact that they did not follow up with me

So I future ordered a large pepperoni a large cheese and a stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage. 3 orders of wings and 1 bread sticks. I ordered 2 hours early. When I arrived they were not ready. I waited another 30 minutes while other people were picking up they’re pizza they had just walked in and ordered. One guys pizza was a mess up. They fixed it and his pizza still came out before mine. When I got in the car to check my pizza was correct everything was cold. Do I spent almost 80 dollars to get cold late food while the front cashier looked so high out of her mind she had no idea the statuses of my order. This is the worst pizza experience I have ever had.

I have never really had any issues at this location. So, it surprises me to see some many issues. I always use the app to order, and it usually gives me a pretty good estimate on time. I try to head that way once I see it in process, so it is usually coming out when I get their. I like their pizza. The best is the pretzel crust and wish they would keep in year round. It is not my favorite pizza. But it is good pizza at a good price. Thank you.

It’s has been mutilple times that I order and you guys get the wrong order this is ridiculous idk if your workers do not know common sense or organizing I order 2 pizza extra cheese pepperoni and one pepperoni with sausage how hard is that even a preschooler knows what that is this is ridiculous you guys hire just bad people that shouldn’t be hired i do not how these people who work here even pass high school with their knowledge this is ridiculous and you bet I’m calling corporate and I have evidence of every time you guys do this and not only that one pizza had olives and I am highly allergic I will be filing a claim and having you guys pay for this you are lucky i am not the type of person who will drive down there and throw these pizzas in your guys face this is just ridiculous worst Little Caesar’s in all of the high desert never go here and you have employees outside smoking Tabocco and getting high when you work in food like seriously that nasty smell rubs off in the food you are cooking I’ve seen a blonde lady and multiple teens that work here smoking all the time last time I saw you guys trying to look good for your corporate yet you do the worst job ever all the employees here are just the worst all the time with attitude being rude and just not doing their job and I know that a review is much worse for you than a call or me going to ask for a refund or whatever so I hope your corporate see’s this cause I know all corporate’s care about is reviews I’ve worked in retail and fast food and they care a lot about reviews I hope Little Caesars does a better job at tracking this store because it’s just bad all the time

Made a phone order, they said it would be ready 15 to 20 mins and they did not take it because when I went pick up my order they never put it in and had to wait another 20 mins for the order to be finished. Just an update tried them again and of course another fail. I ordered online and they gave me one fresh one and one old burnt one. Horrible experience. It’s was supposed to be fresh and I made the order ahead of time sucks cuz guest were hungry so ate it like that.
