Her customer service was next-level—professional, friendly, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. I ordered 2 large pizzas by phone, I was quoted 30 to 45 minutes wait time. Upon arrival I was told that my pizza wasn’t ready yet and the hot was was placed over the wings and not on the side. Not everyone eats hot stuff at home. Place was very crowded aswell. This isn’t the first time this happens. Sometimes no one is there and you have to wait 20 minutes for a pizza.

Workers were not doing their best. Regardless of a full line no one came to help the customers. One worker just walking back and forth saying he was bored instead of helping out and when asked to help he gets attitude. Some people waiting over an hour past pickup time. Then once home the pizza was not good

I was quickly greeted and cashed out. The lobby is a little tight during busy times but it’s always clean and well stocked. My pizzas (2) were as ordered and cooked perfectly. They immediately picked up the phone when I placed my order at 2pm. And had previously picked up and took my order before they opened. Always great service and good pizza for the price.

Got deep dish peperoni..tasted pretty good…ordered 1 crazy bread with a crazy dipping sauce and 1 cheddar jalapeno dipping sauce. Total was 24$ 1.99 dipping sauce for the cheesy bread wasn’t even half filled.. the crazy cheesy bread is still the same price but they needed it…now it’s not even half as good as it was but it’s the same price…because of coarse it is…the deep dish Detroit peperoni pizza was pretty good…but the rest of the order was not worth it…definitely not worth 24$ for the the crazy cheesy bread and that sauce I was Def disapointed..

Stay away from this place. They cheat service times!!! You can order online, show up to pick up your food because the app says it’s on the portal only to be told it will be an additional 10-15 mins until it’s ready. But in reality it can be an additional half hour!!! It happens so often here. I usually go to the one on Mojave they never have this issue.

I went in 15 minutes before closing and they said that they couldn’t take my order because they where short staff mined you they had no orders on the screen and I was the only customer and there where 3 employees and I still had to wait 20 minutes for one pizza me being the only customer there
