Called in an order an hour ahead. When I went to go pick it up I was told by a rude gentlemen “I dont got nothin”. I then told him I ordered on the phone to which he said rudely again ” well I aint got nothin “. I told the gentlemen that I spoke to a female on the phone and he says “shes on break” and walks away. I then tell him well get her off break so we can figure this out and also i want to speak to a manager. He tells me she is the manager, which was a lie, and that she was coming back. She comes back and confirms that she took my order and that she put it in the system and the guy just shrugs and says the same thing, “well I aint got nothin”. After waiting for them to make my earlier called in food I try to use the little Caesars gift card and their machines are not working. The female tries again and again like if it’s going to magically work after 20 swipes. She then says she has to call the “manager”. I thought she was it. The manager and her have a minute call to which they both don’t resolve the issue and she tells me there is nothing she can do and that I would have to call little Caesars customer service. This does not solve the issue and I end up wasting 45 minutes of mine and my kids time and walked out with no food. Avoid this place like the plague if you want correct orders and a business who cares about their customers. Sad to see that there is no management at the location keeping track of their employees and making sure they are not rude to customers.

Not the 1st time this happens, but waited 20 mins for my order. When it was finally “ready” they forgot to give me a cheese pizza so had to wait 10 more mins on top of that for them to cook it. So 30 mins total for 2 pizzas and some breadsticks. Horrible communication between them.

(2nd edit) so I went back again at the request of my son. Neither of us were impressed. I don’t know if they changed hands or what has happened. They used to be SO GOOD. The Extra Most Bestest is our usual order. It now has what I am positive is less pepperoni than a normal pizza and was basically a thin crust which would be fine if that was what I ordered. Son wanted Chicago style. They gave him 1.5 personal pizzas in a rectangle box. I’m just praying we don’t get sick. I’ve given it at least 3 tries since they started going downhill and just can’t go back again. What a waste.

Originally had 5 stars all around. I order the same thing pretty frequently for my teen boys. Not sure what they are doing differently. To ight there was almost no sauce and no pepperoni on both extra most bestest (which typically are pretty full) this is about the third time we’ve gone and it’s been sub par. It’s kind of our of my way but that was always no biggie considering how good they always were. The quality we’ve got the last few times you can find at any little Caesars which is nothing to write home about.
