I always select a 20 oz bottle of Pepsi…✔️
When I go in to pick up my mobile order, there’s usually only 2 or 3 Soda flavors to choose from which nobody wants….. For example, Cherry Pepsi, root beer & Sprite..
They are always OUT of the 20 oz bottle of Pepsi!!
ATTN: Store Leadership!
There’s absolutely NO “sense of urgency’ in refilling the refreshment cooler..!!!
Q: WHO’S THE LAZY MANAGER THAT CAN’T MANAGE THEIR BUSINESS?!
However, when I arrived around 10 minutes later, I was surprised to find that the wrong type of cheese bread had been prepared. Despite this, I decided to accept and pay for the incorrect order to avoid causing further stress, as I sensed the employee may have been having a difficult morning.
Since my children aren’t big fans of this version, I politely tried to ask if some pretzel salt could be added on top to help them enjoy it more. I called out “excuse me” several times, probably five or six, but was ignored. When I finally got her attention and explained, she said she’d check. A manager later came over and told me I would be charged $1.07 for the salt.
My issue isn’t about the cost, but the experience. I feel disappointed by how I was treated—my order was misunderstood despite clear communication, my attempts to speak were ignored, and then I was charged extra to fix a problem that wasn’t mine to begin with. I believe every customer deserves respectful service, regardless of how someone’s day is going. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve customer experience in the future.
At least it was fresh, but I won’t be coming back to this location.
