I remember when hot n ready meant they had pre-made pizzas. Those days are long gone and I just waited 40 minutes for one pizza.

Everyone working between 6-7pm on Saturday June 8th needs to be trained better on customer service here ESPECIALLY the blonde teen boy that took my order only after I called out “Hello?!” after waiting for at least 10 mins.
He was taking the order of two kids when I got in line behind them, gives them their pizza and immediately went to the back where I could still see him moving piles of pizza plates which does not look like a time sensitive thing that he needed to get back to asap. He saw me standing there waiting and continued to act busy while his two female coworkers ignored me as well. Only after another customer eventually came in, waited a few minutes with me and asked if anyone’s helped me yet did I call out for attention and he helps me without even acknowledging what happened until I asked him what he was doing back there.
All this just to get the worst pack of crazy bread I’ve ever seen in my life, they were all overcooked to the point of having the texture of a Bavarian pretzel Don’t come here unless if you’re willing to deal with poor customer service and gamble on food quality

It’s getting really thin that it’s falling apart on you even before you try to come pick it up….
So this time around I called in for an order and I told her that I wanted it uncut and they told me they couldn’t do it because the pizza was already made even though I’m on the phone placing the order they didn’t spread the sauce right all the songs was just in the center which made the pizza soggy

Ordered on line through app, bestest moistest pizza, what I got home with was a plain cheese pizza, they have always put pepperoni, or if you want, sausage instead, called they said I ordered a cheese pizza, this is the 4th. Time in 2 months my order was not filled incorrectly, said bring back and then they will make new, I’m already home, ordered on line so I wouldn’t have to wait, but they want me to bring this cheese pizza back, then they make new, it won’t go to waste, the kids will eat it, but I’m can of soup tonight thank you very much. Deleting account and app, with 3 kids and ordering twice, sometime 3 times a week, money spent better else where. Buyer beware.

This pizza place is amazing not just because of the delicious pizza also because of their fantastic customer service. Once I went there and it was packed with only 2 people working and the old man working there was chill and was very apologetic for the wait. Definitely recommend
