I like the pizzas here though I go for the simplest (classic cheese) one usually. I like the ability to place an order online and track it until it is ready for pickup. Today, however, the shop was 10 minutes behind schedule.

Overall the pizza is little ceasers, and my kids love it. Been going here for years now. I always order through the app so i can go pick it up and not have to wait. For the last month however the place has been so so late, way past the ready by time at least by 20 mins or longer. The employees do not seem thrilled to be working (that’s the nice way of saying they all look miserable) and it’s really noticeable.

Ordered on line through app, bestest moistest pizza, what I got home with was a plain cheese pizza, they have always put pepperoni, or if you want, sausage instead, called they said I ordered a cheese pizza, this is the 4th. Time in 2 months my order was not filled incorrectly, said bring back and then they will make new, I’m already home, ordered on line so I wouldn’t have to wait, but they want me to bring this cheese pizza back, then they make new, it won’t go to waste, the kids will eat it, but I’m can of soup tonight thank you very much. Deleting account and app, with 3 kids and ordering twice, sometime 3 times a week, money spent better else where. Buyer beware.

I honestly don’t know why this Little Caesars is open until 10pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends when they only have two employees inside the store to close. That’s messed up. You can tell the employees are stressed out and do not want to take your order when it’s one hour before closing. It’s been twice now that I go at 9:30 when they close at 11 and the place is filled with people waiting on their orders and only two people are working. This could easily be a 5 star rating because the food is delicious but cmon you need to up your hiring game.

I don’t understand how it takes 25 minutes to get cheesy bread in the middle of the day when nobody else is coming in to pick up any food but somehow they magically pulled that one off. The Little Caesars, as a chain, around the thousand oaks/ Moorpark area need to just all close down for good. Their business model is absolute trash! I have reviewed over 600 places on Google maps and one of the only negative reviews I’ve given are for Little Caesars. I won’t spend another dime in this place and I recommend everyone else do the same!

Twice I’ve come here and walked in and just STOOD there. The whole gimmick behind the brand is that you grab it and go. I’ve waited multiple times being completely ignored. So this dude asks me, “did you need something?” Like it was very strange of someone waiting to take an order. Uh, yeah. I’m here for food. Whay do you think?
