I usually order from this place and am never disappointed with the food. I got pizza yesterday and it might have been the most horrible pizza I have ever had. It barely had any cheese on it when I explicitly told them I wanted extra cheese. Also, it was so thin and because it had no cheese, it felt like I was just eating cooked dough. Hands down the most disappointing experience I’ve had at this Dominos and hope to see improvements. I think there were new people making the pizza or something. Not gonna lie but I feel like I wasted my money.

Honestly I don’t get all the bad reviews. This has been the place I order late night every time I come home and they’ve always treated me right. Even if my order was messed up they would credit me no questions asked. All of the employees are extremely hard working and doing the most to make this place run the way it is. 10/10

I spent $60 on pizza and the delivery guy just left them on my steps outside in 26 degree weather didn’t knock to let know he was there when i finally looked out they had been there for at least 20 minutes they were ice cold. I called the store to see if they could give me a credit or something and the manager was very rude said she couldn’t do anything for me and that is wasn’t there fault that the pizza was left outside. I tried to discuss calmly with her and she refused to do give me a free pizza or a credit and then she hung up on me. I called back and she continued to argue with me. This is not the way you are suppose to treat paying customers

The manager was so rude to my mother. She tried ordering us food and the delivery was taking longer than usual. She called the store and was nice about it, just asking for an update. But then she had to call a second and third time. We waited for over an hour and when she complained about it, the manager she spoke with on the phone did absolutely nothing. Mentioned something about not enough drivers, which is understandable. Issue isn’t with the driver at all. The way this guy spoke on the phone is ridiculous. The fact that when we called the third time as it got delivered (cold by the way), his response was “at least you got the order”, yeah not cool.

Food was fine, had it delivered, tipped driver thur the app and when he arrived he asked if I was tipping driver, I told I already had and he said that I hadn’t then he waited around for 5 minutes at my door then a few more in his car before leaving, it’s not the first time this has happened from this dominoes

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was my food marked as “delivered” when it absolutely was not, but the driver dropped it off at Cannabis Collective—which isn’t even close to my house. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, when I reached out to customer service, the representative was dismissive and downright rude instead of helping me resolve the issue.
As a paying customer, the bare minimum I expect is to have my order delivered to the correct address and to be treated with respect when there’s a problem. Instead, I was left without the food I paid for, wasting both my time and money. This level of service is unprofessional, frustrating, and needs to be addressed immediately.

So we got 4 pizzas for 9 people on Saturday and now 8 out of the nine including me developed horrible food poisoning a day later. Worst experience of my life. I used to go to this dominoes all the time but now I’ll never order dominoes from anywhere ever again. Absolutely disgraceful.

I ordered on the app super late. That’s my bad, I hate being the last guy. Tonight I was. However, when I walked into their store, less than 10 minutes before they locked up, they were still in great spirits. They were super accommodating and (as a bartender of 10 years) did not seem annoyed at all that I was there. I would’ve been. But they weren’t. And the food came out incredibly fresh, perfect, and they made sure I had every sauce I needed. Whatever crew was on the night of 4/11 deserves a raise.
