As the HR Manager at a distribution firm in Torrance, I was looking for a great spot to order pizza and wings for the office Super Bowl party the Friday before the big game day. I called in and Doris helped me out! She was great! (highly attentive to my order). I ended up ordering 12 large pizzas, 96 wings, cheese crazy puffs, crazy bread, and sauces/dips! Little Caesars pulled through! I highly recommend it!

Ive been coming to this location for 7 years, never had a problem. Today I placed the order at 5:53p for the pizza portal. I waited and waited then was told at 6:20p that there was a 20min wait. Horrible service, especially from the cashier with facial piercings who just gave me a blank look. She literally the only person who ever gives attitude. Jayden is also not helpful and smells like weed. Didn’t get my food until 6:40pm. Best part? They gave me the WRONG order to begin with! I’m going to tell everyone I know to avoid this location.

I’m here right now & the employees are arguing with each other in the back. I was placing my order when a loud argument ensued between 2 male employees. Anyway, I’ve been waiting 30 minutes & my pizza & bread sticks are not out yet. Absolutely ridiculous. I had initially placed my order over the phone but upon arrival I was told they got my order wrong.

3/9/25 – 4:20 pm I had placed a order for two pizzas and a 2 liter of pepsi it appears they have incompetent people working here as they have a manager whose unprofessional with no leadership experience and poor customer background who ever is the owner of this location needs to terminate her immediately for her unprofessionalism I had my mother pick up the order for me and they didn’t give her my 2 liter of Pepsi the manager was being rude and argumentative and disrespectful to me over the phone when I contacted them and she was rudely hanging up on me .. and claimed it was my mistake for my mother not receiving my 2 liter Pepsi as they don’t communicate to their employees or inform the guest that they can receive their Pepsi and she was being Narcissistic and using profanity,, not taking any responsibility for their mistake and the employee who who took my order admitted it was her mistake for not giving my mother the Pepsi as it slipped her mind as the employee put the phone down and I heard the communication she had with the manager for this she’s needs to lose her employment..

Your not gonna believe this, but I’m personally still upset you stopped carrying parm and honestly my ancestors are probably weeping olive oil from the beyond into their personal flower beds with this like some sort of purgatory situation over here.
Little Caesars I’m putting you on notice until you get your “Fugazi” back.
Also for the trouble for my continued complaint I increased my rating to be fair.
