Placed an order online 8/5/22 once I brought it home I realized they forgot the sausage on my pizza so I called them. They said another would be ready in 15 but never specified I had to take the other one back. Once I got there they refused to give me the new pizza until I gave them the other one back. But even the new one was messed up because I never ordered a deep dish. Why ask for a pizza back that they won’t eat anyway. Overall I wasted my time and money going back and forth. Completely dissatisfied with the way they handled the situation. Employee was rude and even when speaking to another employee they just walked out not willing to deal with the situation.

On Mew Years Eve I was hankering some pizza. I already had a feeling every pizza joint would be packed. So, I decided to go to Little Caesars. To my surprise there was many people but did notice many were coming in and already had their order just about ready. I ordered a Hot N ready with extra cheese.
The lady at the register didn’t seem very happy, seemed upset. I assume due to working new years eve?? No thank you, no you’re welcome. Anyway, the pizza was delicious! I enjoyed it and for the price it was great!

I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza with some crazy bread and a Pepsi. It got delivered within 10 to 15 mins. Thankfully the pizza was still hot when it arrived. I’ve actually ordered from here on multiple occasions, and every time the food was spot on. I recommend ordering from here instead of going in. Unless you don’t mind waiting in a long line.

The employees were nice but honestly the service is extremely slow here. For anybody picking up or putting in a new order. There is no pizza or food prepared for when you walk in. Not even for drivers or customers picking up at the food portal.Not sure if it has anything to do with the new covid restrictions but Nothing is prepared at all. So all customers that were in here had a very long waiting time. Unfortunately time management is very poor at this location! Never experienced this at a little Caesars.

I called the store to order a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and after 10 min we drove there. Sean the lady said they didn’t have any and after asking if they could make it for us we would wait for it, she rudely screamed at us “I just told you we don’t have any!!” According to her they don’t take orders over the phone. While I was there I called the store and she answered the phone. After proving to her that she just took my call and asking her why she lied about it she stupidly said she didn’t know it was me.
We asked to speak with her manager she happens to be the “manager”.

promote their managers?!!. She needs to be reported right away. I will make sure This goes to Human Resources. Awful experience.

The service was great. Eric is so helpful and great with the children. I would definitely recommend it. Eric gave my little ones cute little cookies with stickers while we waited for the pizza. I am grateful to say it did not take long. As always, delicious crispy pizza is cooked to perfection.
