This is the absolute worst location! The pizza is never ready , every time you go expect to wait 15-20 mins for a pizza and there will be multiple ppl there also waiting for a pizza . I asked if they only prepare when you order and they said no, but I know they are lying . I’ve been here too many times and have never experienced an actual hot and ready situation. It’s definitely giving false advertising.

I have been coming to this location since it opened several years ago. Most of the time good food and service. That all changed a couple of weeks ago when I was there and saw a cockroach crawling across the front counter. The employee behind the counter just squashed it with a napkin. I’m sorry but I can no longer support this establishment.

42024: 4 star: I came a little early for an order, it was getting boxed, but the service was good and the pizza was great.
102023: 2 Star: ordering 2 pizzas, a deep dish, wings and 2 crazy breads. It took them 15 minutes to box the food. by the time I got home, all the food was cold.

Cashier walked away from dealing with money and put her hands on the pizza. When I asked her not to touch my pizza without washing her hands. She was offended and didn’t wash them. I mentioned this to the manager and she told me that they were understaffed and I said that’s not a reason to not wash her hands and she said nothing and the girl continued to handle food. She would not tell me her name and the manager said she was a minor and that is why she didn’t give her name. App wasn’t working and she said the phone was not working and I called and it rang. They just weren’t answering it. They didn’t care how they inconvenienced customers. Horrible attitude and the so called manager was useless and the employee had no respect for her. Never had this problem with any other Little Ceasars .very disappointed that I paid for such service. Unacceptable.

This Little Caesar’s use to be my go to spot for pizza, crazy bread etc.. since I live walking distance, but the employees don’t care about the pizzas they make at this spot, I’ve gotten raw pizza, burnt pizza, or crazy bread that looked like scraps tossed in a bag not like the usual strips of bread. The employees are goofy kids that don’t care and too busy yelling in the back or playing around with their cell phones. The manager doesn’t care either, I recommend going to a different location if you want a decent experience
