Ordered a pizza and when I got there they told me they didn’t have the toppings. Then her response to me obviously being upset was well we were busy and it’s not like you paid for it yet. Incredible. How do you not tell me until I’m there at the pickup time you don’t have the topping for my pizza. Never going back. If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible customer service.

I have been working here for about 5 years as an assistant manager and it is now a very hostile work environment! Me and other workers are very uncomfortable being at work with the new manager Shante. We get disrespected and defamed for our work on a daily basis. The stress level is very high for us and workers have even quit their job due to false accusations and unfairness in the workplace. This store is a mess and the management needs to be fixed !

Long long wait on the phone and no one picked up at all in which I wanted to have this little Ceasars location correct it before it escalates on another direction… any ways i order 2 pizzas one Hawaiian the other pepperoni stuffed and cheese pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread. Since the little Cesar’s closed on cherry and South this little Cesar’s has become my new closest location however its just as bad and should also close down. They are completely unorganized and I am not sure the point of ordering on the app the pizza portal doesn’t even work. I am just going to stay way from little cesars.

Bad service, Andres coronel aka manager was unprofessional, rude, wanting to fight, coworkers holding him back he wasn’t going to do nothing all bark no show . When my order was 15 minutes late he gave me my refund then kick me out because I was right. These new generation workers are too sensitive, they don’t even want to work. Say they where short staff and had 6 employees celebrating a co worker birthday. Only had 2 workers working, not even busy had my pizzas in the open for 15 minutes not even in the warmer ovens, not having my full order ready.

The one tall thin frame girl do not need to be on pizza making duty; the pizza is lacking sauce and cheese but she can be on boxing, slicing, and cashier because she was good with that. Now the bread is not her fault but we had to use blue cheese to make the tough bread taste like something. It was the driest pizza I ever had in my life, Digiorno pizza beats this. I know it’s inexpensive food but I had better at any other little cesar around los angeles.
