So I am making a purchase of 30something dollars and they can’t take my 100$ bill. I explained to them I have 4kids with me I can’t be making trips to get change. And the manager says he doesn’t have change on a Wednesday afternoon. Wow! No empathy! Like if they really don’t have change smh I had to leave without pizza that’s okay I’ll go to Tumbys pizza a minute away I’m sure they’ll accept my money.

ALWAYS check your pizza before you leave, ESPECIALLY if it’s the guy with the fantastic four hat. No idea his name but every.single.time. he messes my pizza up! Put the pepperoni on thr pizza it’s not rocket science.

I came to this Little Caesars to buy a pizza that totaled $7.75 and paid with a $10 bill. Cash was the only way I could pay. The manager loudly stated there were “no dollar bills,” took my $10 anyway, opened the register, and then the cashier said they couldn’t make change.
This was extremely frustrating, especially since there was no sign posted saying they couldn’t make change or didn’t accept cash properly. On top of that, the manager was yelling instead of calmly resolving the situation.
After reading other reviews, it seems like this is a constant issue at this location. If you accept cash, you should be prepared to make change or clearly inform customers beforehand. Very disappointing experience.

On July 21,2025 around 1:58 I tried to order the Lunch Combo and the male employee was very rude and tried to give me something I didn’t order and then when I got my order the whole order was wrong and another male employee asked me “how didn’t I mix up asking for bacon and pepperoni “ which I didn’t order then when I asked for it correctly this is how it was given to me ⬇️ very unprofessional!! Do your job correctly

If I could put 0 stars I would.
1. they had my order wrong completely.
2. They gave me old pizza that was stale and thin.
3. The puffs were horribly uneven, old, and stale as well.
4. Service, they were all laughing and playing around in the back loudly. Saw a girl drop a pan pizza and that is when she noticed I was there and they all got silent and proceeded to help me. Then 1 -3 occurred.

Went to this store an hour before close and because I asked for fresh pizzas to be made they didn’t put any sauce on my pizza.
Edit: I know this location is bad but I am forced to get food from this location when I select delivery. They forget items in deliveries almost every time, or the order is just not correct or they are very light on toppings, if I order a mushroom pizza there should be more than just 6 pieces of topping. If you can, drive to another location to get better service and food!

They NEVER answer the phones and if you go over you will notice that the employees are messing and playing around while the phone is ringing endlessly in the back or they just turn it off. You have to go in person or order online. The order accuracy is still hit or miss so check your stuff before you leave.
Update to 2/26/26. Not only is the service not the best but the pizza is terrible, this is supposed to be an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza.
